Description
(式中、R1は水素原子、水酸基、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のヒドロキシアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のアルコキシ基、炭素数1〜30のヒドロキシアルコキシ基またはオキシラジカル、R2は炭素数1〜30のアルキル基または炭素数2〜30のアルケニル基を表す)で表されるヒンダードアミン化合物0.001〜10質量部と、
下記一般式(2)、
(式中、R3およびR4はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、炭素数1〜12のアルキル基または炭素数7〜30のアリールアルキル基、R5は炭素数1〜30のアルキル基を表す)で表されるベンゾエート化合物0.001〜10質量部と、を配合してなり、上記一般式(1)で表される化合物以外のヒンダードアミン化合物を除くものであることを特徴とするものである。
本発明に用いられるポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、ポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリブテン−1、ポリ−3−メチルペンテン、ポリ−4−メチルペンテン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体等のα−オレフィンの単重合体または共重合体、これらのα−オレフィンと共役ジエンまたは非共役ジエン等の多不飽和化合物の共重合体が挙げられる。

(式中、Mはアルカリ金属または亜鉛を、Xは0〜6の数を、yは0〜6の数、zは0.1〜4の数を、pはMの価数を、nは0〜100の結晶水の数である)で表される塩基性炭酸塩を挙げることができる。
ブロックポリプロピレン樹脂(MFR=25、密度=0.9g/cm3、曲げ弾性率950MPa)100質量部に、表1記載のオレフィン系ゴム成分、カルシウムステアレート0.1質量部、テトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ第三ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオニルオキシメチル)メタン0.1質量部、トリス(2,4−ジ第三ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト0.05質量部、2−(2−ヒドロキシ−3−第三ブチル−5−メチルフェニル)−5−クロロベンゾトリアゾール0.1質量部および表1記載の樹脂添加剤を添加して、250℃で押出し機によりペレットとし、250℃で射出成形して60mm×20mm×1mmの試験片を得た。なお、表中の配合量は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂100質量部に対する質量部を表す。
得られた試験片を、サンシャイン・ウェザーメーター(スガ試験機株式会社製)で83℃、雨有(イオン交換水を18分/120分散水)条件下において、試験片が白化するまでの時間を測定することにより、耐候性を評価した。得られた結果を下記表1に併せて示す。
得られた試験片を23℃/50%相対湿度の雰囲気下で1ヶ月間放置し、試験片表面のブリード(ブルーム)アウト性を以下の基準で目視評価した。結果を表1に合わせて示す。
○:ブリード(ブルーム)アウトが見られなかった。
△:ブリード(ブルーム)アウトが少し見られた。
×:ブリード(ブルーム)アウトが多く見られた。
*2:タフマーS−4030、MFR=0.2、三井化学(株)製、プロピレン―αオレフィン共重合体
*3:エンゲージ8100、MFR=1.0、デュポンダウエラストマー社製、エチレン―オクテン共重合体
*4:化合物No.1及び2の混合物
*5:化合物No.3〜6の混合物
*6:ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート
*7:1,6−ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジルアミノ)ヘキサン/2,4−ジクロロ−6−第三オクチルアミノ−s−トリアジン重縮合物
*8:2,4−ジ第三ブチルフェニル−3,5−ジ第三ブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンゾエート
*9:ゴム成分未添加
Claims (4)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂100質量部に対して、オレフィン系ゴム成分10〜30質量部と、下記一般式(1)、
(式中、R1は水素原子、水酸基、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のヒドロキシアルキル基、炭素数1〜30のアルコキシ基、炭素数1〜30のヒドロキシアルコキシ基またはオキシラジカル、R2は炭素数1〜30のアルキル基または炭素数2〜30のアルケニル基を表す)で表されるヒンダードアミン化合物0.001〜10質量部と、
下記一般式(2)、
(式中、R3およびR4はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、炭素数1〜12のアルキル基または炭素数7〜30のアリールアルキル基、R5は炭素数1〜30のアルキル基を表す)で表されるベンゾエート化合物0.001〜10質量部と、を配合してなり、上記一般式(1)で表される化合物以外のヒンダードアミン化合物を除くものであることを特徴とするオレフィン系弾性樹脂組成物。 - 上記一般式(1)におけるR2が炭素数8〜26のアルキル基である請求項1記載のオレフィン系弾性樹脂組成物。
- 上記一般式(1)におけるR1がメチル基であり、かつ、上記一般式(1)におけるR2が炭素数8〜26のアルキル基であるヒンダードアミン化合物を2種以上含む請求項1記載のオレフィン系弾性樹脂組成物。
- 上記一般式(2)におけるR5が炭素数6〜24のアルキル基である請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載のオレフィン系弾性樹脂組成物。
