Description
Claims (10)
- 発電機の固定子(1)を製造する方法(20)であって、
前記固定子は固定子鉄心(2)を備え、
該固定子鉄心(2)は、メインボディと、前記メインボディ内で軸方向に延び、且つ、棒固定子巻線の棒導体(5,5’,5”)を受けるように構成された複数のスロット(8)と、を備え、
前記方法は、
前記複数のスロット(8)のうちの少なくとも1つの各スロット(8)内に少なくとも1枚の予備成形された絶縁シート(10)を挿入するステップと、
前記予備成形された絶縁シート(10)に形状規則性および形状安定性を与えるために、前記各スロット(8)内で該スロット(8)の軸方向の全長に沿って、前記予備成形された絶縁シート(10)を熱成形するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの各スロット(8)内に前記棒固定子巻線の少なくとも1つの棒導体(5,5’,5”)を挿入するステップと、を備えた方法。 - 前記熱成形するステップは、
前記スロット内に予加熱された成形ツール(53)を挿入し、この後に該成形ツールを除去することにより、前記スロット(8)内の前記予備成形された絶縁シート(10)を前記スロット(8)の壁面に向かって押し付ける工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記成形ツール(53)を120℃以上の温度まで予加熱するステップを備えた、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ツール(53)は、各スロット(8)内に軸方向に挿入される少なくとも1つのバー(53)を含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記バー(53)は、前記スロット(8)の軸方向の深さ以上の長さを有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記固定子鉄心から突出する前記絶縁シート(10)の端部(10’)を拡げるステップ(24)を更に備え、
該端部を拡げるステップは、前記突出する端部の内側に円錐状のフレアリング要素(54)を挿入する工程を備え、
前記成形ツール(53)は、前記円錐状のフレアリング要素(54)で端部がする座部(55)内にスライド可能に受けられ、
前記熱成形するステップは、前記座部内で前記成形ツールをスライドさせる工程を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 固定子(1)を製造するための装置(50)であって、
前記固定子は固定子鉄心(2)を備え、
該固定子鉄心(2)は、メインボディと、前記メインボディの肉厚部で軸方向に延び、且つ、固定子巻線の棒導体(5,5’,5”)を受けるように構成された複数のスロット(8)と、を備え、
該スロット(8)は、それぞれ少なくとも1枚の予備成形された絶縁シート(10)を収容し、
前記装置(50)は、
前記予備成形された絶縁シート(10)を前記スロット(8)内で熱成形するために、前記スロット(8)内に挿入され且つ該挿入後に前記スロットから除去される少なくとも1つの熱成形ツール(53)であって、前記スロットから除去されることにより、前記予備成形された絶縁シート(10)の熱成形後に前記スロット内に少なくとも1つの棒導体(5,5’,5”)を挿入できるようにする少なくとも1つの熱成形ツール(53)と、
前記スロット(8)の全長に亘って該スロット内で前記絶縁シート(10)を熱成形するために前記熱成形ツール(53)が前記スロット(8)内を貫通するように前記熱成形ツール(53)を軸方向に移動させるモータ(57)と、を備えた、装置。 - 前記熱成形ツール(53)は、前記スロット内に軸方向に挿入可能な少なくとも1つのバーを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記バー(53)は、前記スロット(8)の軸方向の深さ以上の長さを有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記固定子鉄心の外側へ突出する前記絶縁シート(10)の端部(10’)を拡げる少なくとも1つの円錐状のフレアリング要素(54)を備え、
該円錐状のフレアリング要素(54)は、前記熱成形ツール(53)が横断可能な開口端部を備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
