Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- 電気機械で使用するための永久磁石(1)であって、1ピースの中空筒、特に中空円筒であり、前記永久磁石(1)は、相互接続された少なくとも2つのセクション(4a~4f)に前記永久磁石を分割する1つ以上の溝(2,3)を有することを特徴とする永久磁石(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は螺旋である、請求項1に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 2つの溝(2,3)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 2つ以上の溝(2,3)を有し、前記溝(2,3)は互いに接触も交差もしない、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は0以上の勾配(α)で、特に一定の勾配で又は変化する勾配で、前記筒の外殻に巻き付いている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記中空筒の形状は下底面(1b)及び上底面(1a)を有し、
前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は前記下底面(1b)に90°の角度で隣接する、及び/又は
前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は前記上底面(1a)には隣接しない、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。 - 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は、筒軸(5)を対称軸として軸対称に配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)のそれぞれは、少なくとも2つの方向反転部(2c,3c)を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は、絶縁材料、特にポリマープラスチック、特にアクリルプラスチックで充填されている、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(1)は、ネオジム、鉄及びホウ素の合金若しくはサマリウム及びコバルトの合金から成るか又はそれを含む材料、特に焼結された材料から成るか又はそれを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の溝(2,3)は、前記中空筒の壁の奥行と同じ深さdを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石(1)を製造するための方法であって、前記永久磁石(1)は2つの溝(2,3)を有し、前記2つの溝(2,3)は、特にワイヤ切断によって、同時に切られる、方法。
