または、本発明は、異なる2つの前記摩擦要素のうち、1つは同期噛合機構であり、他の一つは摩擦クラッチであることを特徴とする。
図1及び図2を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態を説明する。第1実施形態の油圧制御装置は、自動変速機の係合要素たる湿式多板クラッチCLにライン圧PLを調圧して供給するリニアソレノイド弁1と、リニアソレノイド弁1の出力油圧が供給されるシフト弁2と、リニアソレノイド弁1及びシフト弁2を制御するコントローラたるトランスミッション・コントロール・ユニットTCU(図示省略)とを備える。
次に、図4〜図6を参照して、本発明の自動変速機の油圧制御装置の第2実施形態を説明する。第2実施形態の油圧制御装置も、第1実施形態と同様に、湿式多板クラッチCLに、ライン油圧PLを調圧して供給するリニアソレノイド弁1と、シフト弁2とを備える。
次に、図7及び図8を参照して、本発明の自動変速機の油圧制御装置の第3実施形態を説明する。第3実施形態の油圧制御装置は、ライン圧PLを調圧して出力するリニアソレノイド弁1と、リニアソレノイド弁1の出力油圧が供給されるシフト弁2とを備える。
Claims (2)
- ライン圧を調圧して係合要素に供給するリニアソレノイド弁と、該リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧が供給されるシフト弁と、該シフト弁と前記リニアソレノイド弁とを制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記リニアソレノイド弁は、スリーブと、該スリーブに摺動自在に内挿されたスプールと、該スプールを付勢するスプリングと、該スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記スプールを付勢自在なリニアソレノイドとで構成され、
前記リニアソレノイド弁は、油圧が供給されることにより当該リニアソレノイド弁の閉弁側への付勢力を発生させて該リニアソレノイド弁のゲイン特性を切り換えるゲイン切換室を有し、
前記シフト弁は、前記リニアソレノイド弁のゲイン切換室に当該リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給する供給状態、又はこの出力油圧の供給を断つ遮断状態に切換自在に構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記係合要素の必要油圧が高圧であるときは前記シフト弁を前記遮断状態とし、前記係合要素の必要油圧が低圧であるときには前記シフト弁を前記供給状態とし、
前記シフト弁は、必要油圧の異なる2つの前記係合要素に接続され、必要油圧の高い方の前記係合要素に前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給するときに前記遮断状態とされ、必要油圧の低い方の前記係合要素に前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給するときに前記供給状態とされ、
必要油圧の低い方の前記係合要素に前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給するときに前記供給状態とされるとともに、必要油圧の高い方の前記係合要素に前記ライン圧を供給することを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - ライン圧を調圧して係合要素に供給するリニアソレノイド弁と、該リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧が供給されるシフト弁と、該シフト弁と前記リニアソレノイド弁とを制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記リニアソレノイド弁は、スリーブと、該スリーブに摺動自在に内挿されたスプールと、該スプールを付勢するスプリングと、該スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記スプールを付勢自在なリニアソレノイドとで構成され、
前記リニアソレノイド弁は、油圧が供給されることにより当該リニアソレノイド弁の閉弁側への付勢力を発生させて該リニアソレノイド弁のゲイン特性を切り換えるゲイン切換室を有し、
前記シフト弁は、前記リニアソレノイド弁のゲイン切換室に当該リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給する供給状態、又はこの出力油圧の供給を断つ遮断状態に切換自在に構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記係合要素の必要油圧が高圧であるときは前記シフト弁を前記遮断状態とし、前記係合要素の必要油圧が低圧であるときには前記シフト弁を前記供給状態とし、
前記シフト弁は、必要油圧の異なる2つの前記係合要素に接続され、必要油圧の高い方の前記係合要素に前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給するときに前記遮断状態とされ、必要油圧の低い方の前記係合要素に前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力油圧を供給するときに前記供給状態とされ、
異なる2つの前記係合要素のうち一方は同期噛合機構であり、他方は摩擦クラッチであることを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
