Claims (20)
- 塗装システムに微粒子補助材を供給する方法であって、該微粒子補助材は、液体塗装材で加工対象品を塗装する際、塗装システムの塗布領域に流れる空気流へ入るオーバースプレイをチャージするために用いられ、
前記新鮮な補助材が、管配置(12)により、少なくとも1の供給容器(10)から、空気流領域に設けられ、1又は2以上の収容容器(14)を有する配置へ搬送され、該微粒子補助材が少なくとも1つの前記収容容器(14)に直接搬送されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記新鮮な補助材が、収容容器(14)内でのオーバースプレイのチャージの間、流体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補助材が、ブローポットにより、又は、濃度流原理に従って材料を搬送する粉体ポンプ(15)により、管配置(12)を通してポンプ吸引されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記管配置が、その又は各々の連結された収容容器(14)に通じる分岐管(13)が出ている、主要管(12)を有し、また、収容容器(14)を充填した後、その分岐管(13)及び主要管(12)からこの収容容器へと流入され、洗浄されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記管配置が、その又は各々の連結された収容容器(14)に通じる分岐管(13)が出ている、主要管(12)を有し、また、前記補助材が、供給容器(10)から分岐管(13)の連結点、及び、そこから供給容器(10)へ戻って、又は、前記供給容器の上流に連結した保管容器(17)へ、主要管(12)を通して継続的に循環されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 収容容器(14)が、経時的順序で充たされることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布領域に存在する空気流が、前記補助材でチャージされた後、収容容器配置(14)上のフィルター装置内へ供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 供給容器(10)からの新鮮な補助材のみが、収容容器配置(14)へ搬送されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 微粒子補助材を塗装システムに供給する装置であって、該微粒子補助材は、液体塗装材で加工対象品を塗装する際、塗装システムの塗布領域を通して流れる空気流へ入るオーバースプレイをチャージするために用いられ、
新鮮な補助材用の少なくとも1の供給容器(10)を有し、かつ、前記補助材用の1又は2以上の収容容器(14)を含む配置を有し、
前記新鮮な補助材が、供給容器(10)から収容容器配置(14)へと通じる管配置(12)によって搬送され、該微粒子補助材が少なくとも1つの前記収容容器(14)に直接搬送されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 収容容器配置(14)が、前記空気流の領域に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記補助材でチャージされた空気流が、収容容器配置(14)上の塗布領域の下方に配置されたフィルター装置内へ供給されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 供給容器(10)がブローポットとして形成され、又は、濃度流原理に従って材料を搬送する粉体ポンプ(15)が管配置(12)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記補助材が、収容容器(14)内で流体化されることを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記管配置が、その又は各々の連結された収容容器(14)に通じる分岐管(13)がそこから出ている、主要管(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 管配置(12)が、収容容器配置(14)から戻って供給容器(10)へ、又は、前記供給容器の上流に連結された保管容器(17)へ、通じることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 管配置(12)が、柔軟性ホース配置で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 管配置(12)が、材料流を分岐管(13)へ制御するための圧搾分配器(19)、または、圧搾バルブ、を有することを特徴とする、請求項9から16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 供給容器(10)が、補助材用の保管容器(17)の下方に配置され、これらの容器(10、17)の間に、閉口可能な蓋配置、及び/又は、例えば、回転バッチ計測ユニット又はスクリュー・コンベヤー等の機械的搬送装置(18)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 供給容器(10)が、充填レベルを計測する装置(38、39)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9から18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器の高さにおいて充填レベルを継続的に計測するためのプローブ(38)、及び/又は、特定の複数点を計測するための、異なる高さに設置される充填レベルセンサー(39)を有することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の装置。
