Description
カットアウト40は、基材16と電池トレイの要求された強度特性を達成するために、一方でまた電池トレイの重さの最小化のような電池トレイの重さへのデザイン要求を満たしながら、それらの数、大きさ、形、配置及び他の要因を含め選択され包含される。
カバー98は図13に示されるように複数の電池モジュール22を収容し、電池トレイを含め基材プレート60の表面の実質的に全てを覆うのに適している内部空洞を有する。カバーは基材プレート60に配置され、望ましくはネジボルトや連関ネジナットのような複数の留め具で基材プレート60に取り外し可能に取り付けられる。取り外し可能なアタッチメントは電池パックの製造及び使用の間、基材プレート60にカバー98が固定されることを可能にするが、その取り外しに際して個々の電池モジュールの撤去及び差し替えを可能にする。カバー98は十分な強度の物質で作られ、電池モジュール22の保護カバーと共に電池装着装置10の強化構造材としてカバー98が機能することを可能にする。
Claims (14)
- 電池装着装置であって、
基材と、該基材の幅に対向した、リテーナー側面及びアタッチメント側面とを有する電池トレイを備えてなり、
前記電池トレイが、複数の電池モジュールを受け入れるように機能する長さを有してなり、
前記リテーナー側面が、前記電池トレイの長さに少なくとも部分的に沿って伸びるリテーナーを有してなり、
前記アタッチメント側面が、前記電池トレイの長さに少なくとも部分的に沿って伸びるアタッチメント構造を有してなり、
前記リテーナーが、複数の電池モジュールの各々と連関する第一保持表面を係合するように機能するものであり、及び
クランプリテーナー端部とクランプアタッチメント端部を各々有する複数の電池クランプを更に備えてなり、
前記クランプリテーナー端部が、クランプリテーナーを有してなり、
前記クランプアタッチメント端部が、クランプアタッチメント構造を有してなり、
前記クランプアタッチメント構造が、コネクタを使用して前記電池トレイの前記アタッチメント構造に対して取り外し可能なアタッチメントとして機能するものであり、
前記リテーナーが、テーパー角度を有する内側に及び上方に伸びるテーパー壁を備えてなり、
前記アタッチメント構造が、複数の一定間隔の穴を備えてなり、
前記一定間隔の穴が、前記アタッチメント構造の持ち上がった部分に配置されてなり、
前記持ち上がった部分が、複数の持ち上がったポケットを備えてなり、前記穴が前記ポケットと連関されてなる、電池装着装置。 - 前記リテーナーがまた、前記電池トレイの長さに沿って前記テーパー壁と前記基材を連関する複数の一定の間隔のガセットを備えてなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記電池トレイが、前記基材に沿って縦に伸びるリブを有してなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記基材が、この長さに沿って配置される複数の一定の間隔のカットアウトを有してなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記ポケットの各々が、前記アタッチメント側面に向かって外側に及び下方に先細になる上部表面を有してなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 上部表面と下部表面を有してなる基材プレートを更に備えてなり、
前記電池トレイの下部表面が、前記基材プレートの前記上部表面に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。 - 前記基材プレートの前記下部表面に配置されてなる複数の側面リブを更に備えてなる、請求項6に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記基材プレートの前記上部表面に配置され、複数の電池モジュールを包み込むように機能するカバーを更に備えてなる、請求項6に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記電池トレイの上部表面に取り付けられる弾性シートを更に備えてなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記電池トレイの上部表面に配置される複数の弾性シートを更に備えてなり、
第一弾性シートが、前記電池トレイの長さに少なくとも部分的に沿って前記リテーナー近くに配置され、
第二弾性シートが、前記電池トレイの長さに少なくとも部分的に沿って前記アタッチメント構造近くに配置されてなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。 - 前記リテーナーが、内側に及び上方に伸びるテーパー壁を備えてなり、及び前記第一弾性シートが、前記テーパー壁に配置されてなる、請求項10に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記クランプリテーナーが、電池側を内側として設定テーパー角度を有する内側及び上方に伸びるクランプテーパー壁を備えてなる、請求項1に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記テーパー角度と前記設定テーパー角度が同じである、請求項12に記載された電池装着装置。
- 前記クランプテーパー壁に配置された弾性シートを更に備えてなる、請求項12に記載された電池装着装置。
