Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルを含む電池モジュール;
前記電池モジュールの下端に位置して、前記電池モジュールを収納するトレイ;および
前記トレイの一側と隣接して、前記電池モジュールの前記下端の一側面に装着されて結合されるブラケットを含み、
前記電池モジュールと接する前記ブラケットの表面と、前記電池モジュールの前記下端の前記一側面と接すると共に、前記ブラケットに隣接して配置された前記トレイの前記電池モジュールと接する表面はそれぞれ、楔形状を有する固定部材を含み、
前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの楔形状の表面部分と接する前記電池モジュールの表面には、前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの前記楔形状に応じて凹形状が形成されている電池パック。 - 前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの剛性は、前記電池モジュールの表面の剛性より高い、請求項1に記載の固定部材を含む電池パック。
- 前記ブラケットは、鋼鉄(steel)で形成されている、請求項2に記載の固定部材を含む電池パック。
- 前記トレイは、鋼鉄(steel)で形成されている、請求項2に記載の固定部材を含む電池パック。
- 前記ブラケットは、ホールドダウン(hold-down)ブラケットである、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の固定部材を含む電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールが前記トレイに搭載された状態で、前記電池モジュールの上端に位置して前記電池モジュールを囲む上部ケースをさらに含む、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の固定部材を含む電池パック。
- 電池モジュール;前記電池モジュールの下端に位置して、前記電池モジュールを収納するトレイ;および前記トレイの一側と隣接して、前記電池モジュールの前記下端の一側面に装着されて結合されるブラケットを含む電池パックにおいて、
前記ブラケットの表面と、前記トレイの表面にそれぞれ、楔形状が形成されるように加工処理する段階;および
前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの前記加工処理された部分を前記電池モジュールの前記下端の前記一側面に隣接すると共に前記電池モジュールと接するように配置し、前記電池モジュールに向かって加圧する段階を含み、
前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの加工処理された表面部分と接する前記電池モジュールの表面に、前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの前記楔形状に応じて凹形状が形成される段階をさらに含む、電池パック製造方法。 - 前記ブラケットおよび前記トレイの剛性は、前記電池モジュールの剛性より高い、請求項7に記載の電池パック製造方法。
- 前記ブラケットは、鋼鉄(steel)で形成されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック製造方法。
- 前記トレイは、鋼鉄(steel)で形成されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック製造方法。
- 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池パックを電源として含むデバイス。
