Claims (10)
- RFIDシステムに用いられる自己接着性のアンテナにおいて、1μm〜20μmの厚さのアルミニウムシート(7)から成るアンテナ(1)が、紙から成る付着材料(3)の表面に接着されていて、打抜き加工されており、付着材料(3)が、その裏面に接着層(4)を備えており、該接着層(4)が、シリコーン処理された紙から成る引剥し可能な支持材料(5)によって被覆されており、該支持材料(5)から、アルミニウムシート(7)と付着材料(3)とから成る残りの打抜き格子体(15)が引き剥がされていることを特徴とする、RFIDシステムに用いられる自己接着性のアンテナ。
- 前記厚さが、10μmである、請求項1記載のアンテナ。
- 前記RFIDシステムが、RFIDタグである、請求項1または2記載のアンテナ。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の自己接着性のアンテナを製作するための方法において、個々のアンテナ(1)を、ウェブ状の付着材料(3)の表面に接着されたアルミニウムシート(7)から打抜き加工し、付着材料(3)の裏面に接着層(4)を設け、打抜き加工後、残りのアルミニウムシートを備えた残りの打抜き格子体(15)を引き剥がすことを特徴とする、自己接着性のアンテナを製作するための方法。
- 前記方法が、以下のステップ:すなわち、
1.ロール(6,21)からウェブ状のアルミニウムシート(7)を引き出し、
2.該アルミニウムシート(7)の裏面に接着層(2)を設け、
3.該接着層(2)に、裏面に接着層(4)を有するウェブ状の付着材料(3)を接着し、
4.その後、アルミニウムシート(7)から個々のアンテナ(1)を打抜き加工し、
5.アルミニウムシート(7)から成る残りの打抜き格子体(15)を引き剥がす:
を備えている、請求項4記載の方法。 - アルミニウムシート(7)の裏面に付着材料(3)を接着し、該付着材料(3)を、反対の側の裏面で、引剥し可能に接着された支持材料(5)によって被覆し、打抜き加工時に、アルミニウムシート(7)を付着材料(3)と共に打抜き加工し、こうして、アンテナ形状に打抜き加工された付着材料(3)を備えたアンテナ(1)を支持材料(5)に残す、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 接着層(2)を転写接着剤の形でアルミニウムシート(7)の裏面に被着する、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 接着層(2)を、まず、ウェブ状の支持材料(18)に被着し、次いで、該支持材料(18)からアルミニウムシート(7)の裏面に引き渡す、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アルミニウムシートの裏面に、打抜き加工前に、自己接着性材料(12)を被着し、該自己接着性材料(12)の、付着材料(3)として働く被覆層に接着層(2)をアルミニウムシート(7)との接合前に被着する、請求項4から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 出発材料として、アルミニウムシート(7)と、引剥し可能にアルミニウムシート(7)の裏面に接着された支持材料(20)とから成る複合材料を使用し、引剥し後、接着層(2)をアルミニウムシート(7)に残す、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
