Claims (17)
- 一側部である上側部との間に間隔を有するようにセルタブが設けられたバッテリーセルと、
前記セルタブに連結された内部端子及び前記内部端子に連結されたPTC素子からなる保護回路基板と、
前記セルタブに接触する熱伝逹部材と、を含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、フレームケース内の収容空間に収納されるとともに、該フレームケースの一枠部である上側平面部が、前記セルタブと前記バッテリーセルの上側部との間に配置され、
前記熱伝逹部材は、前記フレームケースの上側平面部と、前記セルタブ及び前記PTC素子との間にて、これらと接触するように位置している、ことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝逹部材は前記内部端子に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝逹部材は熱伝導性アクリルフォームテープからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝逹部材は、
熱伝導層と、
前記熱伝導層と前記セルタブとの間に位置する接着層と、
前記バッテリーセルに向けて熱伝導層に位置する断熱層と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝逹部材は、
前記バッテリーセルに向けられて熱伝導層上に位置する断熱層をさらに含み、前記熱伝導層は前記断熱層と前記セルタブとの間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記断熱層は、0.03W/m・Kから0.06W/m・Kの熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱層は、発泡ポリスチレン絶縁材、圧縮発泡ポリスチレン板、ガラス綿、岩綿、発泡ポリエチレン、ポリウレタンフォーム、バーミキュライト及び/またはパーライトからなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、
熱伝導層と、
前記熱伝導層と前記セルタブとの間に位置する第1接着層と、
前記第1接着層と反対側の前記熱伝導層上に位置する第2接着層と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記保護回路基板は、
絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の内面及び外面上にそれぞれ位置し、互いに導電ビアによって連結された内部及び外部連結パターンと、
前記連結パターンを覆う保護層と、を含み、
前記内部端子と前記PTC素子は前記内部連結パターンによって連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝逹部材は、前記セルタブ、前記内部端子及び前記セルタブと前記内部端子周辺の保護層に接触することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝逹部材は、前記セルタブ、前記内部端子、前記PTC素子及び前記セルタブ、前記内部端子、前記PTC素子周辺の保護層に接触することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 一面に位置する端子と、他面に位置し前記端子と連結されたPTC素子からなる保護回路基板と、
前記保護回路基板の端子に連結され、かつ一側部である上側部との間に間隔を有するようにセルタブが設けられたバッテリーセルと、
前記セルタブに接触する熱伝逹部材と、を含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、フレームケース内の収容空間に収納されるとともに、該フレームケースの一枠部である上側平面部が、前記セルタブと前記バッテリーセルの上側部との間に配置され、
前記熱伝逹部材は、前記フレームケースの上側平面部と、前記セルタブ及び前記PTC素子との間にて、これらと接触するように位置している、ことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルタブは、前記端子と前記バッテリーセルとの間の前記端子上に位置することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝逹部材は、前記セルタブ及び前記PTC素子の両側に位置することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記端子は前記セルタブの縁部を越えて延長され、前記熱伝逹部材は前記セルタブ及び前記端子の両方に接触することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝逹部材は、前記セルタブ及び前記PTC素子の周辺に該当する保護回路基板の領域に接触することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記端子は前記セルタブの縁部を越えて延長され、前記熱伝逹部材は前記セルタブ、前記端子、前記PTC素子と、前記セルタブ、前記端子及び前記PTC素子の周辺に該当する保護回路基板の領域に接触することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。
