Abstract

一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,在储罐的四周覆盖绝缘板,绝缘板之间留有空隙,空隙的上部较下部要宽,在下部空隙中压缩插入玻璃棉,在玻璃棉的上方覆盖绝缘胶带,在绝缘胶带上方覆盖聚氨酯条,聚氨酯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,在聚氨酯条上方覆盖聚乙烯条,聚乙烯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板齐平,在聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板上覆盖绝缘胶带。该方法可以为了缩短绝缘安装周期、降低安装难度、提升质量并降低建造成本,对SPB绝缘系统进行了局部优化和升级。

Description

一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种罐体的绝缘处理方法,尤其针对SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法。
背景技术
海上LNG项目分为两大模块,一是LNG生产处理模块;一是LNG运输模块。海上LNG生产处理模块是指近年来国内兴起的FLNG,FSRU,LNG-FPSO等;海上LNG运输模块主要指的是LNG运输船。而Cargo Containment System(CCS-液货围护系统)是两种模块都不可或缺的核心系统。SPB系统是LNG-CCS中的一种。
CCS主要由罐体本身和绝缘系统组成。货罐本身充当主屏蔽层;绝缘系统起到低温绝缘、防液货泄漏时的飞溅的功能。
SPB绝缘系统主要由预制的聚氨酯泡沫板组成,每一块绝缘板通过特殊木质的螺柱固定到货罐上的连接器上,板与板之间设置膨胀接头。膨胀接头包含内外两层密封用的胶带,二者均需要通过预先涂覆耐低温黏合剂,然后粘附密封胶带。
对于容量达到25000m3的SPB储罐,内外层密封带的长度达数十千米。在绝缘安装阶段,仅仅是安装内外层密封带,就需要投入大量的人力和时间,故而需要较长的建造周期和高昂的建造成本。再者,低温黏合剂的均匀涂敷不易于控制,会导致大量的材料浪费。此外,安装质量把控难度高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有的绝缘处理方法的不足,提供一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,该方法可以为了缩短绝缘安装周期、降低安装难度、提升质量并降低建造成本,对SPB绝缘系统进行了局部优化和升级。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,其特征在于:在储罐的四周覆盖绝缘板,绝缘板之间留有空隙,空隙的上部较下部要宽,在下部空隙中压缩插入玻璃棉,在玻璃棉的上方覆盖绝缘胶带,在绝缘胶带上方覆盖聚氨酯条,聚氨酯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,在聚氨酯条上方覆盖聚乙烯条,聚乙烯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板齐平,在聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板上覆盖绝缘胶带。
本方法较现有的方法最大的改变就是通过自粘式绝缘胶带来处理内外层密封,这种类似日常透明胶带的使用,在LNG货罐绝缘领域尚属首次。
本发明通过自粘式绝缘胶带的使用,能够较大提高船厂的经济效益、缩短安装周期、降低SPB绝缘系统应用的难度。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心就是利用自粘式绝缘胶带代替了传统的绝缘胶带,由图2可知,绝缘胶带包括三层,分别是粘合剂层1,玻璃布层2和铝箔层3,所述粘合剂层1设置在玻璃布层2上,所述玻璃布层2设置在铝箔层3上,铝箔层3的厚度至少要达到0.08毫米,主要是为了隔绝水汽。绝缘胶带能够适应-163˚C的低温。
结合附图1,本发明的一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,在储罐4的四周覆盖绝缘板5,绝缘板5之间留有空隙,空隙的上部较下部要宽,空隙的上部呈现矩形断面,空隙的下部成线状断面。在下部空隙中压缩插入玻璃棉6,玻璃棉6的上端面和上部空隙的底面齐平,在玻璃棉的上方也就是上部空隙底面覆盖内绝缘胶带7,在内绝缘胶带7的上方覆盖聚氨酯条8,聚氨酯条8两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板5连接,在聚氨酯条8上方覆盖聚乙烯条9,聚乙烯条9两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板5连接,聚乙烯条9上侧面和绝缘板5齐平,在聚乙烯条9上侧面和绝缘板5上覆盖外绝缘胶带10。
本方法处理的绝缘系统粘性强度高,能够克服聚氨酯粉末对绝缘胶带粘接强度的影响,能够实现20年以上使用寿命,能够适应温度低至-163˚C的服役环境。

Claims (4)

1.一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,其特征在于:在储罐的四周覆盖绝缘板,绝缘板之间留有空隙,空隙的上部较下部要宽,空隙的上部呈现矩形断面,空隙的下部成线状断面,在下部空隙中压缩插入玻璃棉,玻璃棉的上端面和上部空隙的底面齐平,在玻璃棉的上方覆盖绝缘胶带,在绝缘胶带上方覆盖聚氨酯条,聚氨酯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,在聚氨酯条上方覆盖聚乙烯条,聚乙烯条两侧利用低温粘合剂和绝缘板连接,聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板齐平,在聚乙烯条上侧面和绝缘板上覆盖绝缘胶带。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,其特征在于:所述绝缘胶带包含粘合剂、玻璃布和铝箔,所述玻璃布设置在粘合剂和铝箔中间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,其特征在于:所述铝箔厚度至少为0.08mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种SPB储罐的绝缘处理方法,其特征在于:所述绝缘胶带能够适应零下163度。
