Description
本願は、2005年3月1日出願の米国特許出願第11/068999号の一部継続出願である2005年3月7日出願の米国特許出願第11/073830号の一部継続出願である。
制御整流器に逆並列に接続された逆阻止電力開閉器を含む。コンバータモジュールは、直流リンクをプリチャージするように制御可能である。
本発明のもう1つの利益は、高価な部品の必要をなくすことによって、可変速駆動装置のコストを減らすことである。
本発明のもう1つの利益は、シリコンカーバイド制御整流器での逆回復現象の不在に起因する可変速駆動装置の高められた効率である。
可能な時には必ず、同一の符号が、複数の図面を通じて、同一の部品または類似する部品を指すのに使用される。
Claims (18)
- 負荷に電力を与えるために直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータモジュールと、
エネルギをフィルタし、貯蔵する、電気的に前記インバータモジュールに並列に接続された直流リンクと、
交流電源からの交流電圧を直流電圧に変換し、電気的に前記直流リンクに並列に接続され、電力開閉器の複数の対を含み、各対の電力開閉器は、シリコンカーバイド制御整流器に逆並列に接続された逆阻止電力開閉器を含む、コンバータモジュールと、を備え、
切換信号が前記逆阻止電力開閉器と前記シリコンカーバイド制御整流器にパルス幅変調技法に基づいて制御パネルにより供給され、前記逆阻止電力開閉器をオフ位置に切り換え且つ前記シリコンカーバイド制御整流器をオン位置とオフ位置の間に切り換えて前記直流リンクへの突入電流のパルス与えて前記直流リンクにおける電圧の立上がりを0ボルトから定格電圧まで制御する、
可変速駆動装置。 - 前記逆阻止電力開閉器は、逆阻止絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタである、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記シリコンカーバイド整流器は、前記定格電圧に到達する前記直流リンクに応答して常時導通するように前記オン位置に制御される、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 各対の電力開閉器は、ダイオードに逆並列に接続された絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタを含む、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記逆阻止電力開閉器は、逆阻止をもたらすように構成されたダイオードと直列に接続された絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタである、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記インバータモジュールは、パルス幅変調技法によって制御されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記コンバータモジュールは、ブースト整流器として動作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記複数の対の電力開閉器は、3対の電力開閉器を含む、請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 閉ループにおいて接続された圧縮器、凝縮器構成、および蒸発器構成を含む冷媒回路と、
電動機および可変速駆動装置を含み、前記圧縮器に電力を与えるために前記圧縮器に接続された駆動装置構成とを備え、前記可変速駆動装置は、
前記電動機に電気的に接続され、前記電動機に電力を与えるために直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するように構成されたインバータモジュールと、
エネルギをフィルタし、貯蔵する、電気的に前記インバータモジュールに並列に接続された直流リンクと、
交流電源からの交流電圧を直流電圧に変換し、電気的に前記直流リンクに並列に接続され、複数の対の電力開閉器を含み、電力開閉器の各対は、シリコンカーバイド制御整流器に逆並列に接続された逆阻止電力開閉器を含む、コンバータモジュールと、を備え、
切換信号が前記逆阻止電力開閉器と前記シリコンカーバイド制御整流器にパルス幅変調技法に基づいて制御パネルにより供給され、前記逆阻止電力開閉器をオフ位置に切り換え且つ前記シリコンカーバイド制御整流器をオン位置とオフ位置の間に切り換えて前記直流リンクへの突入電流のパルス与えて前記直流リンクにおける電圧の立上がりを0ボルトから定格電圧まで制御する、
冷却器システム。 - 前記逆阻止電力開閉器は、逆阻止絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタである、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
- さらに前記可変速駆動装置の動作を制御する制御システムをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記制御システムは、前記定格電圧に到達する前記直流リンクに応答して常時導通するように前記シリコンカーバイド制御整流器を前記オン位置に制御するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記制御システムは、パルス幅変調技法によって前記インバータモジュールを制御するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の冷却器システム。
- 電力開閉器の各対は、ダイオードに逆並列に接続された絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタを含む、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタは、逆阻止絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタである、請求項14に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記逆阻止電力開閉器は、逆阻止を与えるために構成されたダイオードに直列に接続された絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタである、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記コンバータモジュールは、ブースト整流器として動作するように構成される、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
- 前記複数の対の電力開閉器は、3対の電力開閉器を含む、請求項9に記載の冷却器システム。
