Description
光硬化性アクリル樹脂(新中村化学社製「A−DPH」)27.9質量部と、メチルエチルケトン12.5質量部およびメチルイソブチルケトン33.3質量部を混合し、アクリル樹脂を溶解させた混合物Aを調製した。また金属ナノワイヤとして銀ナノワイヤを用いた。この銀ナノワイヤは、公知論文「Materials Chemistry and Physics vol.114 p333-338 “Preparation ofAg nanorods with high yield by polyol process”」に準じて作製したものであり、平均直径150nm、平均長さ5μmである。この金属ナノワイヤ6.0質量部をメチルエチルケトン20.0質量部に分散させた混合物Bを調製した。そして混合物Aと混合物Bをよく混合した後、これにカーボンナノ粒子(三菱化学社製HCFカーボンブラック「カーボンブラック#2650」:平均粒径13nm)を0.2質量部加え、さらに光重合開始剤(チバガイギー社製「イルガキュア184」)0.1質量部を加えてよく混合し、さらに25℃の恒温雰囲気下で1時間撹拌混合することによって、金属ナノワイヤとカーボンナノファイバーを含む樹脂溶液からなるコーティング材組成物を得た。
実施例1において、カーボンブラックに代えてカーボンナノファイバー(昭和電工社製「VGCF」:平均直径150nm、平均長さ15μm)を用いた。その他は、実施例1と同様にしてコーティング材組成物を調製し、さらに実施例1と同様にして透明導電膜付き基材を得た。
実施例1と同様にして混合物Aを調製し、また実施例1と同様にして混合物Bを調製した。そして混合物Aと混合物Bを混合し、カーボンナノ粒子を加えない他は、実施例1と同様にして金属ナノワイヤを含む樹脂溶液からなるコーティング材組成物を得た。

Claims (2)
- 透明基材の表面に金属ナノワイヤとカーボンナノフィラーとを含有する透明導電膜が形成されており、前記カーボンナノフィラーが透明導電膜の表面部に偏在して分布している透明導電膜付き基材であって、
前記透明基材の表面に前記透明導電膜を形成した後、前記透明導電膜の表面を溶剤で溶解すると共に前記溶剤を乾燥することによって、前記透明導電膜中の前記カーボンナノフィラーを前記透明導電膜の表面に移行させたものであることを特徴とする透明導電膜付き基材。 - 透明基材の表面に金属ナノワイヤとカーボンナノフィラーとを含む樹脂溶液を塗布して、透明導電膜を形成する工程と、この透明導電膜の表面を溶剤で溶解して乾燥することによって、上記のカーボンナノフィラーを透明導電膜の表面部に偏在して分布させる工程と、を有することを特徴とする透明導電膜付き基材の製造方法。
