Description
炭素である導電性化合物と
を含む複合材料の調製方法であって、
前記電極活性化合物を形成する全ての元素と、また1つ以上の有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物とを含有する均質混合された前駆体を30分以下の時間で熱分解して前記複合材料を得る方法のおかげで、本発明により達成される。
Claims (37)
- LiFePO4、LiFeBO3又はNaFeBO3である電極活性化合物と、
炭素である導電性化合物と
を含む複合材料の調製方法であって、
前記電極活性化合物を形成する全ての元素と、また1つ以上の有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物とを含有する均質混合された前駆体を30分以下の時間で熱分解して前記複合材料を得る方法。 - 前記有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物が、炭素系化合物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素系化合物が、支配的な原子割合の炭素を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性化合物の前記複合材料における最終質量百分率が、0.1%〜55%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性化合物の前記複合材料における最終質量百分率が、0.2%〜15%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記均質混合された前駆体の前記熱分解が、真空下で行われる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記均質混合された前駆体の前記熱分解が、制御雰囲気下で行われる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御雰囲気が、不活性又は還元性の雰囲気である請求項7に記載の方法。

- 電極活性化合物を形成する元素から選択される1つ以上の元素を含有する化合物、並びに有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物の混合物を得るために、前記電極活性化合物を形成する元素から選択される1つ以上の元素を含有する1つ以上の前記化合物を、1つ以上の、熱分解され得る、有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物と分子スケールで接触させることによって前記均質混合された前駆体化合物を調製する請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電極活性化合物を形成する元素から選択される1つ以上の元素を含有する前記化合物、並びに熱分解性の、前記有機化合物及び/又は有機金属化合物の各割合及び各組成が、最終複合材料における、電極活性化合物を形成する元素、及び炭素の割合に従うように選択される請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記接触が溶液中で行われ、前記溶液が微細懸濁液中で1つ以上の相を有することができる請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記接触が、研和と称される機械的作用によって行われる請求項17又は18に記載の方法。

- 電極活性化合物に関連する元素を含有するイオンと、1つ以上の、熱分解することができる有機化合物又は有機金属化合物との溶液を形成すること、重合を行うようにポリオール又はポリアミンを前記溶液に添加してゲルを形成すること、及び前記ゲルを乾燥することによって前記均質混合された前駆体を調製する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記有機化合物又は有機金属化合物が、錯体形成している請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 熱分解することができる前記炭素系有機化合物が、2つ以上の酸官能基を含有する有機酸、アルコール酸、アミノ酸、ケトン酸、2つ以上の酸官能基と、他のアルコール、アミン又はカルボニル官能基とを有するより複雑な酸、並びにそれらの混合物から選択される請求項22〜24のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つ以上の酸官能基を含有する有機酸が、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、マレイン酸又はフマル酸であり;前記アルコール酸が、グリコール酸、乳酸、マンデル酸、ヒドロキシアクリル酸又はヒドロキシ酪酸であり;アミノ酸が、グリシンとも称されるアミノ酢酸、アラニン、ロイシン、アミノプロピオン酸、オルニチン、リシン又はアルギニンであり;前記ケトン酸が、グリオキシル酸、ピルビン酸、ケト酪酸又はレブリン酸であり;前記2つ以上の酸官能基と、他のアルコール、アミン又はカルボニル官能基とを有するより複雑な酸が、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、クエン酸、アコニット酸、シトラコン酸、アスパラギン酸及びグルタミン酸である請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオールが、グリコールから選択される請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記グリコールが、(C1〜C6)アルキレングリコール及びポリ(C1〜C6)(アルキレン)グリコールから選択される請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記グリコールが、エチレングリコール及びジエチレングリコールから選択される請求項27に記載の方法。
- 電極活性化合物に関連する元素を含有するイオンの溶液を形成すること、前記イオンを含む有機ゲルを形成するために、この溶液に1つ以上の水溶性ゲル化有機化合物を添加すること、及び次いで前記ゲルを乾燥させることによって前記均質混合された前駆体を調製する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化有機化合物が、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート及び重合性炭水化物、並びにそれらの誘導体から選択される請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記重合性炭水化物が、デンプン又はサッカライドである請求項31に記載の方法。
- 電極活性化合物に関連する元素Li、Na及びFeを含有するイオンと、有機酸との溶液に、1つ以上のオキソアニオンを添加し、次いで該溶液を急速に濃縮させて該溶液を凝固させ且つ乾燥させることによって前記均質混合された前駆体を調製する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記オキソアニオンが、錯化オキソアニオンであることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の方法。
- 前記オキソアニオンが、(ZO4)x−であることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料は、サイズが100〜5,000Åの微細粒子から成る軽灰の形態である請求項1〜35のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料がまた、10〜50m2/gの比表面積を有する請求項36に記載の方法。
