Claims (17)
- 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
その中に形成された複数の流量開口を備えたディスク形状の第一壁構造体と、
混合翼板のセットを担持する第二壁構造体であって、前記二壁構造体は、円錐形状を有し、前記円錐形状は、前記第一壁構造体から半径方向外側に延在し、前記第一壁構造体と交差しており、前記前記第一壁構造体が、前記円錐形状の先を切り取るようになっている、第二壁構造体とを含む、排気混合器。 - 前記混合翼板のセットの各混合翼板が台形である請求項1に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記混合翼板のセットの各混合翼板が、前記円錐形壁構造体から半径方向内側に延在している請求項1に記載された排気混合器。
- 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
その中に形成された複数の流量開口を備えたディスク形状の第一壁構造体と、
混合翼板のセットを担持する第二壁構造体であって、前記二壁構造体は、円錐形状に形状付けられ、前記第一壁構造体から半径方向外側に延在している、第二壁構造体とを含み、
前記セットの前記混合翼板が穿孔されている、排気混合器。 - 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
その中に形成された複数の流量開口を備えたディスク形状の第一壁構造体と、
混合翼板の第一のセットを担持する第二壁構造体であって、前記二壁構造体は、円錐形状に形状付けられ、前記第一壁構造体から半径方向外側に延在している、第二壁構造体とを含み、
前記第一壁構造体が、混合翼板の第二のセットを担持している、排気混合器。 - 前記混合翼板の第二のセットは、前記第二壁構造体に担持された前記の混合翼板のセットとサイズが異なる請求項5に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記混合翼板の第二のセットは、前記第二壁構造体に担持された前記の混合翼板のセットと形状が異なる請求項5に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記第一壁構造体が、少なくとも二つの貫通開口を有する請求項1に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記少なくとも二つの貫通開口が、混合翼板構造を有しない請求項8に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記第一壁構造体が、その中に形成された二つの半月形状開口を有する請求項1に記載された排気混合器。
- 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
第一のサイズおよび形状を有する混合翼板の第一のセットと、
前記第一のサイズおよび形状と異なる第二のサイズおよび形状を有し、前記混合翼板の第一のセットに対して半径方向外側に位置する混合翼板の第二のセットとを含み、
前記混合翼板の第一のセットが、ディスク形状の壁構造体に担持されており、前記混合翼板の第二のセットが、円錐形状の壁構造体に担持されている、排気混合器。 - 前記混合翼板の第一のセットが、それぞれ三角形状である請求項11に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記混合翼板の第二のセットが、それぞれ台形である請求項11に記載された排気混合器。
- 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
三角形の混合翼板の第一のセットと、
前記混合翼板の第一のセットに対して半径方向外側に間隔を置いた台形状の混合翼板の第二のセットとを含み、
前記混合翼板の第一のセットが、ディスク形状の壁構造体に担持されており、前記混合翼板の第二のセットが、円錐形状の壁構造体に担持されている、排気混合器。 - 前記混合翼板の第一のセットは、前記混合翼板の第二のセットとサイズが異なる請求項14に記載された排気混合器。
- 前記第一のセットの前記混合翼板は、それぞれ前記第二のセットの混合翼板のサイズの半分よりも小さい請求項14に記載された排気混合器。
- 機関排気装置内の添加剤注入器の下流で使用される排気混合器において、前記排気混合器は、
その中に形成された複数の流量開口を備えたディスク形状の第一壁構造体と、
混合翼板のセットを担持する第二壁構造体であって、前記二壁構造体は、円錐形状に形状付けられ、前記第一壁構造体から半径方向外側に延在している、第二壁構造体とを含み、
前記混合翼板のセットのうちの少なくとも1つの混合翼板が、少なくとも一対の副混合翼板を形成するように分割されており、前記副混合翼板の各々が、他方の前記副混合翼板とは異なる、前記第二壁構造体との交差角を有する、排気混合器。
