Description
Claims (14)
- エンジン排気系内において添加剤注入器から下流で使用するための排気ミキサであって、連結されたブレード構造の対を有する排気ミキサにおいて、前記各ブレード構造が、
長手方向に延在する背部分であって、反対両側の第1及び第2の側の間に幅を有し、且つ前記エンジン排気系の支持構造物と係合するための長手方向端部を有する背部分と、
前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第1の側から延在する第1のベーンの対と、
前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第2の側から延在する第2のベーンの対と、
前記ブレード構造の背部分の第1の側から前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第2の側に向かって延在する、前記第1の対のベーンの間のスロットと
を含み、
前記ブレード構造の対は、一方のブレード構造の背部分が他方のブレード構造のスロット内に受け入れられ、前記他方のブレード構造の背部分が前記一方のブレード構造のスロット内に受け入れられることで連結される、排気ミキサ。 - 前記第1及び第2のベーンの各対の各ベーンが、前記背部分から、該対の他方のベーンの混合角と一致する混合角で延在し、また前記第1及び第2のベーンの各対の混合角が互いに反対方向である、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記各ブレード構造が一体部品である、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造が互いに同一であり、且つ逆向きに連結されている、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記各背部分が、前記排気ミキサの中心軸に対して平行な平面内にある、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背部分の少なくとも1つが、該背部分に沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記各背部分の両端から取付けフランジが延在している、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造が互いに垂直に配置される、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ベーンが、すべて同じサイズ及び形状である、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ベーンのうち少なくとも1つが、該ベーンに沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記エンジン排気系の支持構造物と係合するための、少なくとも1つの前記背部分の長手方向端部から横方向に延在する取付けフランジを含む、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- エンジン排気系内において添加剤注入器から下流で使用するための排気ミキサであって、連結されたブレード構造の対を有する排気ミキサにおいて、前記各ブレード構造が、
長手方向に延在する背部分であって、反対両側の第1及び第2の側の間に幅を有する背部分と、
前記背部分の長手方向端部の間の途中の背部分に設けられたスロットであって、前記ブレード構造の背部分の第1の側から前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第2の側に向かって延在するスロットと、
前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第1の側から延在する、前記背部分の反対両側の長手方向端部の第1のベーンの対、及び前記ブレード構造の背部分の前記第2の側から延在する、前記背部分の反対両側の長手方向端部の第2のベーンの対であって、前記第1及び第2のベーンの各対の各ベーンが、該対の他方のベーンの混合角と一致する反対方向の混合角で前記背部分から延在する、第1のベーンの対及び第2のベーンの対と、
前記背部分から離れた各ベーンの端部の、長手方向に離間したバッフルであって、各ベーンのバッフルが、該ベーンの他のバッフルの方向と異なる方向を有しているバッフルと、
前記エンジン排気系の支持構造物と係合するための、少なくとも1つの前記背部分の長手方向端部から横方向に延在する取付けフランジと
を有し、
前記ブレード構造の対は、一方のブレード構造の背部分が他方のブレード構造のスロット内に受け入れられ、前記他方のブレード構造の背部分が前記一方のブレード構造のスロット内に受け入れられることで連結される、排気ミキサ。 - 前記背部分が、前記排気ミキサの中心軸に対して平行な平面内にある、請求項12に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背部分の両端から取付けフランジが延在している、請求項12に記載の排気ミキサ。
