Claims (32)
- エンジン排気系内において添加剤注入器から下流で使用するための排気ミキサであって、
1対の連結したブレード構造を備え、前記ブレード構造のそれぞれが、前記ブレード構造の第1の側から延在する第1のベーン対と、前記ブレード構造の反対側から延在する第2のベーン対とを含み、前記ベーンの少なくとも1枚が、前記エンジン排気系の支持構造物と係合するための、前記ベーンから延在する取付けフランジを含む、排気ミキサ。 - 各ベーン対の前記ベーンのそれぞれが、対応するブレード構造から、前記対の他方のベーンの混合角と一致する混合角で延在する、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- それぞれのベーン対の混合角が、逆方向である、請求項2に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれが、他方のブレード構造と連結する一体部品である、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造が互いに同一であり、逆向きで連結する、請求項4に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれが背をさらに備え、前記第1のベーン対及び前記第2のベーン対のそれぞれが前記背から延在する、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背のそれぞれが、ミキサの中心軸に対して平行な平面内にある、請求項6に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背のそれぞれが、他方のブレードの前記背を受け入れるサイズの切欠きを含む、請求項6に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背の少なくとも1つが、前記背に沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、請求項6に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 各前記背の両端から取付けフランジが延在する、請求項6に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレードが互いに垂直に配置される、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ベーンが、すべて同じサイズ及び形状のものである、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 少なくとも1枚の前記ベーンが、前記ベーンに沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、請求項1に記載の排気ミキサ。
- エンジン排気系内において添加剤注入器から下流で使用するための排気ミキサであって、

- 各ベーン対の混合角が、逆方向である、請求項15に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれが、他方のブレード構造と連結する一体部品である、請求項14に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造が互いに同一であり、反対向きで連結する、請求項17に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれが背をさらに備え、前記第1のベーン対及び前記第2のベーン対が前記背から延在する、請求項14に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背のそれぞれが、ミキサの中心軸に対して平行な平面内にある、請求項19に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背のそれぞれが、他方のブレードの前記背を受け入れるサイズの切欠きを含む、請求項19に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背の少なくとも1つが、前記背に沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、請求項19に記載の排気ミキサ。

8枚のベーンを備え、前記ベーンの4枚が、ミキサの第1の側から延在し、中心軸周りに、等間隔で離間された周方向の配列として配置され、前記ベーンの他の4枚が、ミキサの反対側から延在し、他の4枚のベーンから反対に、等間隔で離間された周方向の配列として配置され、前記ベーンの少なくとも1枚が、前記エンジン排気系の支持構造物と係合するための、前記ベーンから延在する取付けフランジを含み、前記ベーンの少なくとも1枚が、前記ベーンに沿って延在する少なくとも1つのエンボスリブを含む、排気ミキサ。 - 前記ベーンのそれぞれが、ミキサから、他のベーンの混合角と一致する混合角で延在する、請求項27に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記第1の側の前記ベーンの混合角が、ミキサの反対側の前記ベーンの混合角と逆方向である、請求項28に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記第1の側の前記ベーンの2枚、及び前記第2の側の前記ベーンの2枚が、背から延在する、請求項27に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背が、ミキサの中心軸に対して平行な平面内にある、請求項30に記載の排気ミキサ。
- 前記背の両端から取付けフランジが延在する、請求項30に記載の排気ミキサ。
