Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る還元剤噴射装置1が適用されたエンジン10の排気系を示す模式的な全体構成図である。同図に示すように、エンジン10の排気系は、排気上流側から順に、排気マニホールド11、上流配管12、前段ケーシング20、接続配管13、後段ケーシング40及び、放出配管14等を備えている。
次に、図3に基づいて、第一実施形態に係る還元剤噴射装置1の詳細構成について説明する。同図に示すように、還元剤噴射装置1は、接続配管13(以下、単に排気管13という)と、ミキサー部材50と、尿素水インジェクタ33とを備えている。
次に、図4に基づいて、第二実施形態に係る尿素水噴射装置1を説明する。第二実施形態の尿素水噴射装置1は、尿素水インジェクタ33が排気管13の直線状部分に設けられて、尿素水を排気管13内に管軸心Xに対して斜めに噴射する構造に適用したものである。
なお、本開示は、上述の各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、適宜変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 排気を流通させる流路体と、
前記流路体内に還元剤を噴射可能なインジェクタと、
複数枚のフィンを有すると共に、前記流路体内の前記インジェクタよりも下流側に設けられたミキサー部材と、を備え、
前記ミキサー部材が、その中心部を前記流路体内の排気通路軸中心に対して前記インジェクタとは反対側にオフセットして前記流路体内に配置されると共に、前記インジェクタの噴射軸心が前記ミキサー部材の中心部よりもオフセット側のフィンに向けられている
ことを特徴とする還元剤噴射装置。 - 前記流路体が湾曲部を含み、
前記インジェクタが前記湾曲部の曲率半径が大きい外側湾曲部に設けられており、
前記ミキサー部材が、その中心部を前記湾曲部の曲率半径が小さい内側湾曲部側にオフセットして配置されている
請求項1に記載の還元剤噴射装置。 - 前記インジェクタが3つの噴射孔を有すると共に、これら複数の噴射孔のうち、少なくとも2つの噴射孔の噴射軸心が前記ミキサー部材の中心部よりもオフセット側のフィンに向けられている
請求項1又は2に記載の還元剤噴射装置。 - 前記複数枚のフィンが、前記ミキサー部材の中心部から放射状に延びて形成されている
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の還元剤噴射装置。
