Claims (6)
- 先端側部分が、先端が閉塞された細径筒状に形成され、前記先端側部分の側部の一方に開口部が形成され内部に前記開口部に連通する連通液体流路が形成された筒状のカニューレを成形するためのカニューレの成形用金型であって、
成形用凹部が形成された金型本体と、
前記成形用凹部の表面との間に前記カニューレを成形するための成形用空間部を形成した状態で前記成形用凹部内に設置されるコア部と、
前記金型本体における前記カニューレの開口部に対応する部分から前記コア部に向って延びる開口形成用ピンとを備え、
前記金型本体の外側面から前記成形用凹部に延びて前記成形用空間部内に成形用材料を射出するための材料通路の射出口を前記金型本体における前記開口形成用ピンが設置される部分と前記コア部の軸心を挟んで反対側に位置する部分に設けるとともに、前記材料通路が延びる方向と、前記開口形成用ピンが延びる方向とが前記成形用凹部の軸周り方向に180±2度の角度の範囲に入るようにしたことを特徴とするカニューレの成形用金型。 - 前記カニューレを、カニューレ本体と、前記カニューレ本体の先端に形成され前記開口部を備えた穿刺部とで構成するとともに、前記成形用空間部を、前記カニューレ本体に対応する本体形成部と、前記穿刺部に対応する穿刺部形成部とで構成し、前記射出口を前記金型本体における本体形成部に対応する部分に設けた請求項1に記載のカニューレの成形用金型。
- 前記金型本体にピン挿通孔を設けて、前記開口形成用ピンを前記ピン挿通孔の内部に設けるとともに、前記開口形成用ピンと前記ピン挿通孔との間に、前記成形用空間部内に成形用材料を射出する際に前記成形用空間部内の空気を外部に放出するための隙間を設けた請求項1または2に記載のカニューレの成形用金型。
- 先端側部分が、先端が閉塞された細径筒状に形成され、前記先端側部分の側部の一方に開口部が形成され内部に前記開口部に連通する連通液体流路が形成された筒状のカニューレを成形するためのカニューレの成形方法であって、
成形用凹部と、前記カニューレの開口部に対応する部分に設置された開口形成用ピンと、前記開口形成用ピンが延びる方向と前記成形用凹部の軸周り方向に180±2度の角度で外部から前記成形用凹部に延びる材料通路とが設けられた金型本体の内部に、前記成形用凹部の表面との間に前記カニューレを成形するための成形用空間部を形成するコア部を設置するコア部設置工程と、
前記金型本体における前記開口形成用ピンが設置される部分と前記コア部の軸心を挟んで反対側に位置する部分に設けられた前記材料通路の射出口から、前記成形用空間部内に成形用材料を射出する成形用材料射出工程と
を備えたことを特徴とするカニューレの成形方法。 - 前記カニューレを、カニューレ本体と、前記カニューレ本体の先端に形成され前記開口部を備えた穿刺部とで構成するとともに、前記成形用空間部を、前記カニューレ本体に対応する本体形成部と、前記穿刺部に対応する穿刺部形成部とで構成し、前記成形用材料射出工程における成形用材料の射出が前記金型本体における本体形成部に対応する部分に設けられた射出口から行われる請求項4に記載のカニューレの成形方法。
- 前記金型本体にピン挿通孔を設けて、前記開口形成用ピンを前記ピン挿通孔の内部に設けるとともに、前記開口形成用ピンと前記ピン挿通孔との間に隙間を設け、前記成形用材料射出工程において、前記成形用空間部内に成形用材料を射出する際に前記成形用空間部内の空気が外部に放出されるようにした請求項4または5に記載のカニューレの成形方法。
