Description
Claims (3)
- 流体プローブによる試験サンプルのサンプリング量を特定することと、
流体プローブの内部領域をX秒の間洗浄流体で洗い流すことと、
同時に、流体プローブの外部表面をXよりも大きいY秒の間洗浄流体で洗い流すことと、
サンプリング量が15μL以下である場合、内部領域洗浄を終了させた後約0.1Y後に外部表面洗浄を終了させ、Yが約1秒であることと、
サンプリング量が15μLを超えている場合、内部領域洗浄を終了させた後、0.1Yを超える期間である追加の期間にわたり、流体プローブの外部表面を洗浄することと、を備えている、流体プローブを洗浄する方法。 - プローブの内部領域を通す洗浄流体の注入およびプローブの外部表面上への洗浄流体の注入が、少なくとも一つのポンプ制御装置によって別々に制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流体プローブの内部領域が第一洗浄流体量で洗浄され、流体プローブの外部表面が第二洗浄流体量で洗浄される、請求項1に記載の方法。
