Description
2つのHPポンプで、1つは予備、
1つのLNG/ブライン熱交換器(蒸発器)、
1つの蒸気又は冷却筒水/ブライン熱交換器(ブライン加熱器)、
2つのブライン循環ポンプで1つは予備、
再液化プラントと一体の1つのLNG熱交換器(オプティマイザ)、
機器類、
制御モジュール類、
バルブ類、
構造鋼材及び相互接続配管、
必要な場合、追加の機材として、LPポンプ及びサクションドラム
である。
Claims (12)
- ボイルオフガス再液化プラントと一体になるように構成され、デュアルフューエルエンジン又はガスエンジンに対してガスを供給するガス供給システムであって、
前記ボイルオフガス再液化プラントは、極低温熱交換器と、ボイルオフガス予熱器を有するボイルオフガス圧縮機と、圧縮膨張器を有し極低温熱交換器において前記ボイルオフガスと熱交換する窒素が流れる窒素ループとを備え、
前記ガスが、カーゴタンクからの液化天然ガス又は再液化プラントからの凝縮液の形態であって、
前記エンジンによって燃焼されるべきガスからの冷却熱量を前記再液化プラントにおいて利用するために、当該ガス供給システムが、前記ガスを蒸発させることで前記前記冷却熱量を抽出する蒸発器を備えることを特徴とする、ガス供給システム。 - 前記蒸発器は、前記冷却熱量の抽出を最適化するために使用される中間媒体用の少なくとも1つのポンプ及び加熱源を備える閉ループ中に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記冷却熱量が、前記極低温熱交換器の上流において前記再液化プラントに移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記冷却熱量が、前記ボイルオフガス予熱器と並列となるように前記再液化プラントに移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記冷却熱量が、前記極低温熱交換器と並列となるように、又は、前記極低温熱交換器と一体となるように前記再液化プラントに移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記抽出された冷却熱量が、前記オプティマイザを前記再液化プラントに接続する回路内に配置された熱交換器を使用して前記再液化プラントに移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給システム。
- 液化ガスが、低圧ポンプ及び高圧ポンプを用いて供給されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記加熱源が蒸気、熱湯又は蒸気機器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポンプによって前記閉ループを循環する前記中間媒体が、ブライン混合物、グリコール混合物、炭化水素混合物、又は冷媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポンプが並列に設けられており、典型的には1つが作動状態で1つが予備であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のガス供給システム。
- ガスが、少なくとも1つの高圧ポンプによって前記蒸発器に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給システム。
- 典型的には、1つが作動状態で1つが予備である2つのポンプが並列に設けられており、又は、2つが作動状態で1つが予備である3つのポンプが並列に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のガス供給システム。
