Description
図5から図7に示すように、溶剤吸着シート3は、活性炭を吸着材として、常温で処理対象ガスG1中の溶剤を吸着し、加熱(100〜130度)により脱着するものである。
移動手段は、溶剤吸着シート3の内周面を重ねた状態でその溶剤吸着シート3を循環経路に沿って移送するネットコンベア9である。このネットコンベア9は、コンベアネット9Aと、それを移動案内するガイド機構と、駆動ローラー2Aとを含む。
図3から図5および図13に示すように、吸着手段は、循環経路のうち上昇経路部と下降経路部とで溶剤吸着シート3にその溶剤吸着シート3を厚さ方向に透過するように処理対象ガスG1を供給して溶剤をその溶剤吸着シート3に吸着させる手段である。
通常、処理対象ガスG1の処理時には、図13に示すように、吸着用吸引口14の内圧をP1とし、吸着用排出ダクト15の内圧をP2とし、脱着用供給ダクト16の内圧をP3とし、脱着用排出ダクト17の内圧をP4とした場合に、P1≦P4、P1≧P3、およびP2≧P3の関係を具備するように、溶剤処理装置1100の吸着手段の内圧および脱着手段の内圧の制御が制御装置300によって行なわれる。
Claims (1)
- 活性炭のフェルトを主体とする輪状の溶剤吸着シートを循環経路に沿うように巻きかけて回転移動させる移動手段と、
前記循環経路の第1設定箇所で前記溶剤吸着シート内に、前記溶剤吸着シートの厚さ方向に透過するように溶剤を含有する処理対象ガスを供給して、前記溶剤を溶剤吸着シートに吸着させる吸着手段と、
前記第1設定箇所とは異なる別の第2設定箇所で前記溶剤吸着シート内に、前記溶剤吸着シートの厚さ方向に透過するように脱着用ガスを供給して、前記溶剤吸着シートから溶剤を脱着する脱着手段と、を備え、
前記移動手段は、
前記溶剤吸着シートの内周面に重ねた状態で前記溶剤吸着シートを移送するコンベアネットを有するネットコンベアと、
前記コンベアネットのみを前記コンベアネットの厚さ方向に挟み込んで前記コンベアネットを回転移動させる駆動ローラーおよび従動ローラーと、
を含み、
前記駆動ローラーと前記従動ローラーとにより厚さ方向に挟み込んで前記コンベアネットを駆動した後の、前記コンベアネットに加わるテンションをフリーにすることで下方に向けて弛ませるとともに、
前記コンベアネットが下方に弛んだ領域に、前記コンベアネットの蛇行を抑制する器具がさらに設けられている、溶剤処理装置。
