Claims (18)
- カラーを有する接続体によって共に保持された複数の重ね合わせた板材の摩擦溶接組立体であって、
前記接続体のカラーは、前記複数の重ね合せた板材のうちの最上方の板材の上に位置し、
前記接続体は、加圧回転工具取付け用の前記カラーの力伝達要素と、前記カラーの下に位置する細長い円錐体と、前記接続体の下方端に位置する尖った先端とを備え、
前記細長い円錐体が前記複数の重ね合せた板材を通過して延び、前記接続体と前記複数の板材の各板材との間に摩擦溶接領域が形成されており、少なくとも前記接続体の尖った先端が前記複数の板材のうちの最下方の板材から突出しており、
前記摩擦溶接領域は、前記最下方の板材内に突入する最上方の板材の梁と、最下方の板材の梁とを含み、
前記最上方の板材の梁および前記最下方の板材の梁は、前記細長い円錐体と前記複数の板材の各々との間に前記摩擦溶接領域を形成する内側表面を有している、複数の重ね板の摩擦溶接組立体。 - 前記尖った先端は、前記細長い円錐体と比較してより急勾配の短い円錐体によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記尖った先端は、付加的に硬化処理されている、請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記尖った先端は、細長い円錐体の材料よりも硬い材料によって被覆されている、請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記尖った先端は、付加部品として、細長い円錐体に固定されている、請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記細長い円錐体は、ボルトと合体している、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記細長い円錐体は、盲穴を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記カラーは、前記最上方の板材に対面する面に、溝を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記摩擦溶接領域は、前記最上方の板材に対面するカラーの面にまで延びている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記カラーは、前記最上方の板材に対面する面が、熱融解接着剤によって被覆されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方の板材および前記最下方の板材のうちの一方が、他方の補強材として形成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方の板材および前記最下方の板材のうちの少なくとも一方には、穴が設けられている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記短い円錐体は、前記細長い円錐体の貫通穴を貫通する駆動要素によって形成されており、前記駆動要素は、前記細長い円錐体の連続体として形成され、かつ、短い円錐体に対向して位置する細長い円錐体のカラーに形成された対応の受入れ部内にはまり込むようにされている、請求項2〜12のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方および最下方の板材および接続体は、金属からなる、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方および最下方の板材および接続体は、プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方および最下方の板材は、異なった原材料からなる、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記最上方および最下方の板材は、プラスチック材料からなり、前記接続体は金属からなる、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
- 前記接続体は、プラスチックコーティングを備える、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の摩擦溶接組立体。
