技术领域
本发明涉及机械连接用铆钉,尤其是一种管状分瓣式自冲铆钉。
背景技术
自冲铆接是一种不需要预钻孔连接板料的高速机械紧固法,可用于铆接铝板、钢板、也可以用于不同材料板料之间的铆接,甚至可用于塑料等非金属之间的铆接。与点焊相比具有如下优点:能够连接多层铝、镀层薄钢板、强化塑料、复合材料;不需要预钻孔;耐疲劳;进行联接质量检查时可用肉眼直观观察;对环境影响小、无热辐射、无火花、无废料、低能耗、低噪声;能和粘合剂和润滑剂相容。正因为具有这些优点,自冲铆接越来越受到重视和青睐。但现有的自冲铆钉结构分为钉帽和钉杆两部分,其不足之处是铆接后的上表面有钉帽痕迹、下表面不平坦、不能用于铆接表面要求光滑的联接。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单,且能使铆接后的上、下板料表面平整光滑的管状分瓣式自冲铆钉。
本发明的管状分瓣式自冲铆钉,包括钉杆,其特点是钉杆为中空的管状结构,钉杆空腔的两端均开轴向截面为外边长、内边短的梯形倒角或弧形倒角,钉杆的两端侧面上均开有一条或一条以上的轴向缝隙。
本发明的管状分瓣式自冲铆钉,下板料放在下模上,管状分瓣式自冲铆钉放在下板料上,上板料放在管状分瓣式自冲铆钉上,冲头压在上板料,冲头向下运动,推动管状分瓣式铆钉向上刺入上板料、向下刺入下板料,在冲头和下模的共同作用下,管状分瓣式自冲铆钉的上、下两端在上板料和下板料内张开形成喇叭口以便锁止板料,达到连接牢固的目的。采用此管状分瓣式自冲铆钉,铆接后的上、下板料表面平整光滑。
