Claims (5)
- 連続して測定するのが困難な形状を有する測定対象の真円度の公差を検出する際に、
測定が可能な部分円周毎に一定な半径方向の測定基準位置Rnと、検出ヘッドで検出されるスタイラスの変位量x(i) n の合計からなる測定データを、部分円周毎に測定して部分測定データとし、
各部分測定データの測定基準位置Rn間の差分を調整して、各部分測定データを一つのデータに結合し、
該結合したデータを用いて公差を計算することを特徴とする真円度測定機の公差検出方法。 - 各部分測定データが結合部で一致するよう、各部分測定データの測定基準位置Rn間の差分を調整して、各部分測定データを結合することを特徴とする真円度測定機の公差検出方法。
- 各部分測定データが結合部で連続するよう、各部分測定データの測定基準位置Rn間の差分を調整して、各部分測定データを結合することを特徴とする真円度測定機の公差検出方法。
- 各部分測定データの平均値が一致するよう、各部分測定データの測定基準位置Rn間の差分を調整して、各部分測定データを結合することを特徴とする真円度測定機の公差検出方法。
- 連続して測定するのが困難な形状を有する測定対象の真円度の公差を検出するための真円度測定機の公差検出装置であって、
測定が可能な部分円周毎に一定な半径方向の測定基準位置Rnと、検出ヘッドで検出されるスタイラスの変位量x(i) n の合計からなる測定データを、部分円周毎に測定して部分測定データとする手段と、
各部分測定データの測定基準位置Rn間の差分を調整して、各部分測定データを一つのデータに結合する手段と、
該結合したデータを用いて公差を計算する手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする真円度測定機の公差検出装置。
