Description
a)前記発光分析システムを導入すること;
前記発光分析システムは、磁気洗浄モジュールと、発光測定装置と、カルーセルと、磁石アレイとを備え、
前記磁石アレイは、上部水平面を有しN極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第1の磁石と、上部水平面を有し前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つN極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第2の磁石と、前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つS極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第3の磁石と、を備えてなり、
前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石は、スペーサにより任意選択的に隔てられている、
b)前記試料バイエルを前記カルーセルを介して前記磁気洗浄モジュールへと運ぶことと;
c)前記標的分子の入った前記試料バイアルに、前記試料バイアルの1つの壁を通じて、前記試料バイアルの前記壁の同じ側面に配置された磁気アレイによって磁界を印加すること;
を含む、方法を提供する。

前記発光分析システムは、磁気洗浄モジュールと、発光測定装置と、カルーセルと、磁石アレイとを備え、

前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石は、スペーサにより任意選択的に隔てられている、
b)前記試料バイエルを前記カルーセルを介して前記磁気洗浄モジュールへと運ぶことと;
c)前記標的分子の入った前記試料バイアルに、前記試料バイアルの1つの壁を通じて、前記試料バイアルの前記壁の同じ側面に配置された磁気アレイによって磁界を印加すること;
を含む、方法を提供する。
前記試料バイアルを前記磁気洗浄モジュールから前記カルーセルを介して前記発光測定装置に搬送することを更に含むこととしてもよい。
前記試料バイアルは抗体を更に含むこととしてもよい。
前記マーカーは発光マーカーであってもよい。
前記発光マーカーの発光強度は、患者の試料中の前記標的分子の存在又は不在を示すものでもよい。
Claims (10)
- 試料バイアルに入った患者の試料中の標的分子の存在を判断するために自動発光分析システムを使用するための方法であって、
a)前記発光分析システムを導入すること;
前記発光分析システムは、磁気洗浄モジュールと、発光測定装置と、カルーセルと、磁石アレイとを備え、
前記磁石アレイは、上部水平面を有しN極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第1の磁石と、上部水平面を有し前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つN極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第2の磁石と、前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つS極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第3の磁石と、を備えてなり、
前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石は、スペーサにより任意選択的に隔てられている、
b)前記試料バイエルを前記カルーセルを介して前記磁気洗浄モジュールへと運ぶことと;
c)前記標的分子の入った前記試料バイアルに、前記試料バイアルの1つの壁を通じて、前記試料バイアルの前記壁の同じ側面に配置された磁気アレイによって磁界を印加すること;
を含む、方法。 - 試料バイアルに入った患者の試料中の標的分子の存在を判断するために自動発光分析システムを使用するための方法であって、
a)前記発光分析システムを導入すること;
前記発光分析システムは、磁気洗浄モジュールと、発光測定装置と、カルーセルと、磁石アレイとを備え、
前記磁石アレイは、上部水平面を有しS極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第1の磁石と、上部水平面を有し前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つS極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第2の磁石と、前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置され且つN極面が前記試料バイアルに近接配置される第3の磁石と、を備えてなり、
前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石は、スペーサにより任意選択的に隔てられている、
b)前記試料バイエルを前記カルーセルを介して前記磁気洗浄モジュールへと運ぶことと;
c)前記標的分子の入った前記試料バイアルに、前記試料バイアルの1つの壁を通じて、前記試料バイアルの前記壁の同じ側面に配置された磁気アレイによって磁界を印加すること;
を含む、方法。 - 前記試料バイアル中で洗浄流体を注入及び吸引することを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記試料バイアルを前記磁気洗浄モジュールから前記カルーセルを介して前記発光測定装置に搬送することを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記試料バイアルはマーカー及び磁性粒子を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記試料バイアルは抗体を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記マーカーは前記標的分子により複合体を形成する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記マーカーは発光マーカーである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記発光測定装置は、前記発光マーカーの前記発光を測定する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記発光マーカーの発光強度は、患者の試料中の前記標的分子の存在又は不在を示す、請求項9に記載の方法。
