Description
Claims (20)
- バイアル中の磁性粒子を操作するためのシステムであって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、
磁性粒子の入った前記バイアルを保持するための支持部材と、
磁石アレイであって、
上部水平面を有する第1の磁石であって、そのN極が前記支持部材に配置された前記バイアルと向かい合うように配置される、第1の磁石と、
上部水平面を有するスペーサであって、前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置されるスペーサと、
上部水平面を有する第2の磁石であって、前記スペーサの前記上部水平面上に配置され、そのN極が前記バイアルと向かい合うように配置される、第2の磁石と、
前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置される第3の磁石であって、そのS極が前記バイアルと向かい合うように配置される、第3の磁石と、
を備え、前記バイアル内の前記磁性粒子を操作するための磁界を生成する磁石アレイと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記スペーサが、アルミニウム、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ポリマー、他の非磁性材料、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料で製造される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイが所定位置に固定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイが可動式である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石が、ネオジム−鉄−ホウ素、サマリウム−コバルト、アルニコ、及びハードフェライトからなる群から選択される材料を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 湿度調節器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 温度調節器を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 吸引ピペット及び注入ピペットを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイの前記バイアル支持部材との比が1:1である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石の各々について、水平軸が垂直軸より長い、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石のS極が前記バイアルと向かい合い、且つ前記第3の磁石のN極が前記バイアルと向かい合う、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- スプリング指をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 湿度調節式バイアルチャンバをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- バイアル中の磁性粒子を洗浄するための磁気洗浄モジュールであって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、
1つ又は複数の磁石と、
支持部材と、
前記磁気洗浄モジュール内の湿度を測定するための湿度検出器と、
を備える、磁気洗浄モジュール。 - 磁性粒子の凝集を緩和するための方法であって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、1つ又は複数の磁石と、バイアルチャンバとを備える磁気洗浄モジュールを提供することと、
磁性粒子の入ったバイアルを前記磁気洗浄モジュールの前記バイアルチャンバに導入することと、
前記バイアルチャンバに所定の相対湿度を提供するように湿度を緩和することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記バイアルへの流体の注入速度を制御することによって湿度が緩和される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記バイアル中の流体の吸引速度を制御することによって湿度が緩和される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記磁気洗浄モジュールが、湿度検出器をさらに備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- バイアル中の磁性粒子を洗浄するための磁気洗浄モジュールであって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、
1つ又は複数の磁石と、
湿度検出器と、
を備える、磁気洗浄モジュール。 - 発光分析方法であって、試料バイアルには、標的分子と前記標的分子を結合する磁性粒子とを含む患者の試料が入っており、
前記試料バイアルを磁気洗浄モジュールに搬送することと、
前記標的分子及び前記磁性粒子の入った前記試料バイアルに、前記試料バイアルの1つの壁を通じて、前記試料バイアルの前記壁の同じ側面に配置された磁気アレイによって磁界を印加することと、
前記試料バイアル内で洗浄液を注入及び吸引して前記磁性粒子を洗浄することと、
前記試料バイアルを前記磁気洗浄モジュールから発光測定装置に搬送することと、
を含む、方法。
