Claims (6)
- 第1の電池キャリッジ及び第2の電池キャリッジを備えるデバイスであって、該電池キャリッジのそれぞれは、
プラスの接点及びマイナスの接点をそれぞれが含む、2つのデュアル接点アセンブリを備え、
前記プラスの接点はそれぞれ、電池のプラスの端子に接触すると共に、プラスの回路接続部に接続されるように構成されており、前記マイナスの接点はそれぞれ、電池のマイナスの端子に接触すると共にマイナスの回路接続部に接続されるように構成され、
前記第1の電池キャリッジの前記デュアル接点アセンブリの1つ及び前記第2の電池キャリッジの前記デュアル接点アセンブリの1つは、該第1の電池キャリッジと該第2の電池キャリッジとの間に配置される両面デュアル接点アセンブリに含まれ、
前記両面デュアル接点アセンブリは、
前記第1の電池キャリッジのための第1のデュアル接点アセンブリを含む第1の面であって、前記第1のデュアル接点アセンブリは、基板部から延在して前記プラスの回路接続部に電気的に接続されるプラスの接点と、基板部から延在して前記マイナスの回路接続部に電気的に接続されるマイナスの接点とを含む、第1の面と、
前記第2の電池キャリッジのための第2のデュアル接点アセンブリを含む第2の面であって、前記第2のデュアル接点アセンブリは前記第2の電池キャリッジ内で第1の向きと第2の向きのいずれかで電池と電気的に接するように構成される、第2の面と
を含み、
前記第2のデュアル接点アセンブリは、
マイナスの接点であって、
基板部から延在する第1の部分、及び
電池を収容するために前記マイナスの接点の前記第1の部分と結合して該第1の部分に関して弾性的に移動可能である第2のばねで留められた部分であって、前記マイナスの回路接続部に電気的に接続される前方に配置された電池係合面を有する、第2のばねで留められた部分
を含む、マイナスの接点と、
プラスの接点であって、
基板部から延在する第1の部分、及び
電池を収容するために前記プラスの接点の前記第1の部分と結合して該第1の部分に関して弾性的に移動可能である第2のばねで留められた部分であって、前記プラスの回路接続部に電気的に接続されて前記マイナスの接点の前記前方に配置された面に対して陥凹して配置される電池係合面を有する、第2のばねで留められた部分
を含む、プラスの接点と
を含む、デバイス。 - 前記プラスの接点の前記電池係合面は、前記マイナスの接点の前記前方に配置された面に対して軸方向中央に陥凹して配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2のデュアル接点アセンブリは、共通して1つ又は複数の構成要素を共有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電池キャリッジの隣接した各対間に、1つ又は複数のさらなる電池キャリッジ、及び両面デュアル接点アセンブリをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2のデュアル接点アセンブリの少なくとも1つは、ヒートステーキング、機械的ステーキング、機械的突起、射出成形、射出形成、溶接、又は接着のうちの少なくとも1つを含む接合機構を通じて前記プラスの接点及びマイナスの接点に噛合される絶縁体を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プラスの接点及び前記マイナスの接点の前記第1の部分は、ストッパ付きタブ、屈曲タブ、絶縁体の延長部、又はスペーサ部のうちの少なくとも1つによってそれぞれの基板部に取り付けられ、前記基板部の取り付け開口部を係合貫通するように構成される狭い方のセクションと、前記タブの貫通の深さを制限するように構成される広い方のストッパセクションとを有し、前記タブの1つは、前記プラスの回路接続部に接続されるように構成され、該タブの1つは、前記マイナスの回路接続部に接続されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
