Claims (10)
- 溶融ガラス搬送システムにおいて、
(a)溶融炉から溶融ガラスを受け取る撹拌機、及び
(b)前記撹拌機から溶融ガラスを受け取る清澄化器、
を備え、
前記ガラスが前記清澄化器に入る前に前記撹拌機が前記ガラスを均質化し、
前記清澄化器が使用不能ガラスをガラスシートの少なくとも1つの使用不能端区画に分流させる形状を有し、
前記清澄化器の前記形状が双耳形断面を有し、前記ガラスシートの使用不能流入端を形成するであろうガラスが前記清澄化器の耳に入ることを特徴とする溶融ガラス搬送システム。 - 前記双耳形断面が、ガルウイング形の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
- 前記撹拌機が少なくとも1つの撹拌子を有し、前記撹拌子の底の先端から流れるガラスが前記ガラスシートの使用不能遠端を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
- (c)前記清澄化器からガラスを受け取る冷却/状態調整区画、及び
(d)前記冷却/状態調整区画からガラスを受け取る遷移区画、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。 - 前記清澄化器がベントを有していないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
- 前記ガラスがスズ清澄化ガラスであり、前記ガラス内の白金粒子が前記ガラスシートの少なくとも1つの使用不能端区画に分流されることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
- 前記清澄化器が少なくとも1つの清澄化器ベント及び前記清澄化器ベントに配された少なくとも1つのガラス液面レベル測定器を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
- (c)前記清澄化器からガラスを受け取る冷却/状態調整区画、
(d)前記冷却/状態調整区画からガラスを受け取るボウル、
(e)前記ボウルからガラスを受け取る降下管、及び
(f)前記降下管の出口端の少なくとも1つのフローバッフル、
をさらに備え、
前記バッフルの上面が前記降下管の内表面に向けて−10°から45°の間の角度で傾けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。 - (c)前記清澄化器からガラスを受け取る冷却/状態調整区画、
(d)前記冷却/状態調整区画からガラスを受け取る遷移区画、
(e)前記遷移区画からガラスを受け取る降下管、及び
(f)前記降下管の出口端の少なくとも1つのフローバッフル、
をさらに備え、
前記バッフルの上面が前記降下管の内表面に向けて−10°から45°の間の角度で傾けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。 - 前記撹拌機が第1の撹拌子及び第2の撹拌子を有し、前記第1の撹拌子及び前記第2の撹拌子がポンプ作用を有し、前記第1の撹拌子の回転速度と前記第2の撹拌子の回転速度を変えることによって前記撹拌機がガラスの流れを変えることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス搬送システム。
