Claims (20)
- それぞれが表示領域と前記表示領域の外縁に位置する非表示領域とに区分され、前記非表示領域は第1非表示領域と前記第1非表示領域の外縁に位置する第2非表示領域とに区分される上部基板および下部基板と、
前記上部基板の前記表示領域に形成される複数のセンシングパターンと、
前記上部基板の前記第1非表示領域に形成され、それぞれが前記センシングパターンに連結される複数のセンシングラインと、
前記上部基板および前記下部基板の前記第2非表示領域の間に形成されるシーリング材と、
前記下部基板の前記第2非表示領域に、前記シーリング材に重なって形成される複数のパッドと
を備え、
前記上部基板は、平板表示装置の基板のうちの最上部に位置するウィンドウ基板であり、
前記上部基板の前記第2非表示領域には、
前記複数のセンシングラインと連結される複数の第1ボンディングパッドを含む第1ボンディングパッド部と、
前記第1ボンディングパッド部と隣接し、前記複数のパッドと電気的に連結される第2ボンディングパッドを含む第2ボンディングパッド部と
が形成され、
前記上部基板の長さは、前記下部基板の長さよりも長いことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。 - 前記上部基板は、表面が強化処理されたガラス基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記複数のパッドに重なるシーリング材の内部には、前記複数のパッドとそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数の導電部材が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記複数の導電部材は、導電ボールであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記上部基板の前記第2非表示領域には、前記複数の導電部材と前記第2ボンディングパッドとをそれぞれ電気的に連結する複数の金属パターンが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記上部基板の前記第2非表示領域の端部には、前記第1ボンディングパッドおよび前記第2ボンディングパッドに電気的に連結される軟性印刷回路基板が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記表面の強化処理は、ガラス基板の表面に存在するナトリウム(Na)成分がカリウム(K)成分で置換されて実現されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記上部基板の前記第1非表示領域および前記第2非表示領域には、前記表示領域の縁部に配置されるようにブラックマトリクスがさらに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記センシングパターンは、
第1の方向に沿って各行ライン別に連結されるように形成された第1センシングセルと、
前記第1センシングセルを前記第1の方向に沿って連結する第1連結ラインと、
第2の方向に沿って各列ライン別に連結されるように形成された第2センシングセルと、
前記第2センシングセルを前記第2の方向に沿って連結する第2連結ラインと
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。 - 前記センシングパターンは、同一レイヤ上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記第2センシングセルは、前記第2連結ラインと一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記センシングパターンは、前記第1連結ラインと前記第2連結ラインとの交差部に介在される絶縁膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記センシングパターンは、前記上部基板の前記下部基板と対向する内側面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記センシングパターンは、前記上部基板の前記下部基板と対向しない外側面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記第1センシングセルおよび前記第2センシングセルは、互いに異なるレイヤ上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記第1センシングセルおよび前記第1連結ラインは、前記上部基板の前記下部基板と対向する内側面に形成され、前記第2センシングセルおよび前記第2連結ラインは、前記上部基板の前記下部基板と対向しない外側面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記下部基板の前記表示領域には複数の画素が形成され、前記下部基板の前記第1非表示領域には前記複数の画素と前記第2非表示領域に形成されたパッドとを電気的に連結する複数の信号線が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記複数の信号線は、複数の走査線およびデータ線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間の領域にシリコン化合物が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
- 前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間の領域に互いに異なる屈折率を有する複数の高分子絶縁膜が積層されて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型平板表示装置。
