Description
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るパッド110が適用されたラバーマウント式のトラニオンサスペンション100である。図2は、図1のパッド110の拡大構成を表し、(A)は上面図、(B)は(A)の矢印1B方向から見た右面図、(C)は(A)の矢印1C方向から見た側面図である。なお、図1に示すトラニオンサスペンション100は、図4においてパッド14の代わりにパッド110を用いた以外は、トラニオンサスペンション1と同様であるから、トラニオンサスペンション1と同様な構成要素には同符号を付し、その説明は省略している。
リーフスプリング12の動作時のパッド110の状態について、おもに図3を参照して説明する。図3は、リーフスプリング11,12の初期状態におけるパッド110の状態、および、リーフスプリング11,12の動作時のパッド110の状態の概略構成を表す側面図である。なお、図3では、図1におけるリーフスプリング11,12の右側部分を表し、リーフスプリング11,12およびパッド110以外の構成部材の図示を省略している。なお、図1の左側および右側のパッド110は、同様な動作を行うので、図1の左側のパッド110の動作説明は省略している。
Claims (2)
- 車両用懸架装置で重ねて使用されるリーフスプリングの間に配置されるパッドにおいて、
前記リーフスプリングのテンション面に対向する一面に、前記テンション面に向けて突出する曲面部が形成され、
前記曲面部は、前記リーフスプリングのテンション面に接触する接触部を有し、
前記曲面部は、前記接触部から前記テンション面の中央部側へ向かうに従って、前記曲面部の厚さが減少することにより前記テンション面から離間していることを特徴とするリーフスプリング用パッド。 - 前記曲面部は、前記接触部から前記テンション面の中央部側とは反対の端部側へ向かうに従って、前記曲面部の厚さが減少することにより前記テンション面から離間していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリーフスプリング用パッド。
