Claims (14)
- 変速機の割り当てられた軸から独立した少なくとも二つのアイドルギヤ(1,2)を連結するための装置であって、
操作装置および切換装置を有する少なくとも一つの切換機構を備え、
前記切換装置は、前記操作装置とともに軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記操作装置は、少なくとも部分的に、前記軸内に配置され、
噛み合い式の切換装置として、前記操作装置に連結されたスライドスリーブ(3)が設けられており、
前記スライドスリーブ(3)は、前記軸に回転可能に軸支された切換ドグ要素(4)とともに、切換可能なアイドルギヤ(1,2)の間の前記軸に軸方向に移動可能に配置されており、
前記切換ドグ要素(4)は、前記アイドルギヤの一つ(2)に、ピックアップ歯を介して固定連結されている、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 少なくとも一つの摩擦式および/または噛み合い式の切換装置が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記操作装置は、電気的に駆動されるスピンドル駆動部(6)として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スピンドル駆動部(6)は、中空軸として形成された前記軸内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記スピンドル駆動部(6)は、前記軸または前記変速機のハウジングに連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3または4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スピンドル駆動部(6)は、電気モータ(7)を有し、
前記電気モータ(7)は、スピンドル(8)を前記軸と同軸に駆動し、
前記スピンドル(8)は、それ自身が軸方向に移動するように、スピンドルナット(9)に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記スライドスリーブ(3)は、軸方向に移動するために、ピックアップピン(5,5’)を介してスピンドル駆動部のスピンドルナットに連結されており、
各ピックアップピンは、前記軸の半径方向に延びる延在孔(19,19’)によって案内される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記スピンドルナット(9)は、半径方向の外側に溝(10)を有し、
前記スライドスリーブ(3)に固定された前記ピックアップピン(5,5’)は、前記溝(10)内に係合する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。 - スライドスリーブ(3)は、ニュートラル位置から、前記二つのアイドルギヤと連結するための第一切換位置に、軸方向で移動可能となっており、
当該第一切換位置では、切換ドグ要素(4)のピックアップ歯(15)が、第一アイドルギヤ(1)の内歯(14)および第二アイドルギヤ(2)の内歯(16)に連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - スライドスリーブ(3)は、第一アイドルギヤ(1)を割り当てられた前記軸に回転固定して連結するために、ニュートラル位置から別の切換位置に軸方向で移動可能となっており、
当該別の切換位置では、前記スライドスリーブ(3)の外歯(13)が、切り換えるべきアイドルギヤ(1)の内歯(14)と連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - スライドスリーブ(3)は、略リング形状の切換ドグ要素(4)を回転可能に収容するための半径方向の外側に設けられた収容領域(11)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 切換ドグ要素(4)は、軸方向において、軸方向軸受け(12,12’)によって固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項6乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 切り換えるべきアイドルギヤ(1,2)は、アンギュラボール軸受け(17,18)によって、前記軸に、回転可能に軸支されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- デュアルクラッチ変速機内で、少なくとも一つのコイルギヤを切り換えるために利用可能となっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
