Description
ケース体1を、導電性を有する樹脂材料により有底箱型に作製された本体部11と、この本体部11にヒンジ連結されたフタ部材12とから構成する一方、
前記フタ部材12には、両側縁部S・Sおよび前記ヒンジ連結された縁部Eに沿ってリブ12a・12a…を形成して、これらのリブ12a・12a…を、フタ部材12を閉じた際に本体部11の内側底面に接触させることにより、ケース内側への塵埃の侵入を抑制しつつ、フタ部材12に帯電した静電気を除去可能とし、かつ、
少なくとも前記本体部11の材料には、85℃で3時間加熱したときのGC/MS法におけるアウトガスの発生量が0.8ppm以下の樹脂を使用すると共に、この本体部11の内側底面に、粘着性材料によって作製されたシート材2を貼着して、当該シート材2に電子部品Pを付着させて定置収容可能とし、
更に、前記シート材2を構成する粘着性材料に、
(A)1分子中に1個を超えるアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
(B)1分子中に少なくとも2個のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
(C)ヒドロシリル化触媒
を必須成分として含み、かつ、(B)成分に、下記一般式で表わされるヒドロシリル基を有する化合物が採用された硬化性組成物から作製するという技術的手段を採用した。
(A)1分子中に1個を超えるアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
(B)1分子中に少なくとも2個のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
(C)ヒドロシリル化触媒
を必須成分として含む硬化性組成物からなる粘着性材料によって作製されたシート材を貼着したことによって、このシート材に電子部品を付着させて定置収容することができる。
おり、この本体部11は少なくとも導電性を有する樹脂材料(本実施形態では、スタットコンポリカーボネート)により有底箱型に作製されている。また、フタ部材12における本体部11の対向面側にリブ12aが形成されている。
本実施形態におけるシート材2は、前記のとおり、
(A)1分子中に1個を超えるアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
(B)1分子中に少なくとも2個のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
(C)ヒドロシリル化触媒
を必須成分として含む硬化性組成物(ポリエーテルゴム系材料)である。
一般式(1):−R1−O−
(式中、R1は2価のアルキレン基)
一般式(1)中に記載のR1としては、2価のアルキレン基ならば特に限定されず、この中でも炭素数1〜14のアルキレン基が好ましく、2〜4の、直鎖状もしくは分岐状のアルキレン基がより好ましい。
一般式(2):H2C=C(R2)−
(式中、R2は水素又はメチル基である)
アルケニル基のポリオキシアルキレン系重合体への結合様式としては特に限定されず、例えば、アルケニル基の直接結合、エーテル結合、エステル結合、カーボネート結合、ウレタン結合、ウレア結合等が挙げられる。
一般式(3):{H2C=C(R3)−R4−O}a−R5
(式中、R3は水素又はメチル基である。R4は炭素数1〜20の2価の炭化水素基であり、その中には、1個以上のエーテル基が含まれていてもよい、R5はポリオキシアルキレン系重合体の開始剤残基である。aは正の整数である。)で示される重合体が挙げられる。
一般式(4):{H2C=C(R3)−R4−OC(=O)}a−R5
(式中、R3,R4,R5及びaは一般式(3)の表記と同じ)で示されるエステル結合を有する重合体が挙げられる。
(式中、R3、R5及びaは一般式(3)(4)の表記上記と同じ)で示される重合体も挙げられる。
(式中、R3、R4、R5及びaは一般式(3)、(4)、(5)の表記と同じ)で示されるカーボネート結合を有する重合体も挙げられる。
(A)成分及び(C)成分との相溶性、又は、分散安定性および硬化速度が比較的良好な(B)成分としては、特に限定されず、例えば、下記の構造式で示される化合物が挙げられる。
好ましい(B)成分の具体的例としては、(A)成分との相溶性確保と、SiH量の調整を目的に、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサンを、α−オレフィン、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、アリルアルキルエーテル、アリルアルキルエステル、アリルフェニルエーテル、アリルフェニルエステル等により変性した化合物が挙げられ、一例として、以下の構造式で示される化合物が挙げられる。
本実施形態における(B)成分であるヒドロシリル基を有する化合物の使用量は、(A)成分の重合体中に存在するアルケニル基の量と、(B)成分中の化合物中に存在するヒドロシリル基の量の関係において、適宜選択され、この中でも、[(B)成分中のヒドロシリル基の総量]/[(A)成分中のアルケニル基の総量]が0.5以上であることが好ましく、0.7以上がより好ましい。
次に、本実施形態における運搬ケースの構造について説明する。当該運搬ケースは、電子部品Pを収容して運搬するための器具であって、ケース体1が、本体部11とフタ部材12とから構成されている(図1参照)。

Claims (5)
- 電子部品Pを収容して運搬するための器具であって、
ケース体1が、導電性を有する樹脂材料により有底箱型に作製された本体部11と、この本体部11にヒンジ連結されたフタ部材12とから構成される一方、
前記フタ部材12には、両側縁部S・Sおよび前記ヒンジ連結された縁部Eに沿ってリブ12a・12a…が形成されて、これらのリブ12a・12a…が、フタ部材12を閉じた際に本体部11の内側底面に接触することにより、ケース内側への塵埃の侵入を抑制しつつ、フタ部材12に帯電した静電気を除去可能であり、かつ、
少なくとも前記本体部11の材料には、85℃で3時間加熱したときのGC/MS法におけるアウトガスの発生量が0.8ppm以下の樹脂が使用されると共に、この本体部11の内側底面には、粘着性材料によって作製されたシート材2が貼着されて、当該シート材2に電子部品Pを付着させて定置収容可能であり、

(B)1分子中に少なくとも2個のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
(C)ヒドロシリル化触媒
を必須成分として含み、かつ、(B)成分に、下記一般式で表わされるヒドロシリル基を有する化合物が採用された硬化性組成物から成ることを特徴とする電子部品の運搬ケース。
- シート材2の硬化性組成物における(A)成分が、数平均分子量3,000〜50,000の、アルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子部品の運搬ケース。
- ケース体1のフタ部材12の側辺部の隅角近傍に一対のヒンジ突起12b・12bがそれぞれ成形されている一方、
本体部11には軸受け部11a・11aが形成されており、これらの軸受け部11aに一方の突起12bを挿嵌して、かつ、略半円断面の他方の突起12bを軸受け部11aの開口部11bからスライド式に差し入れて、フタ部材12の全開時に外側方向に着脱自在に枢支されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電子部品の運搬ケース。 - シート材2に、電子部品P毎に配列可能な区画部21が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の電子部品の運搬ケース。
- ケース体1の本体部11の上面に凸部11dが形成され、かつ、底面に凹部11eが形成されており、この凹部11eに別のケース体1の凸部11dを挿嵌することによって、複数のケース体1・1…を積み重ね可能にしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載の電子部品の運搬ケース。
