前記蓄積要素(B)と前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)の出力端の間の前記正バス(21)に、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を短絡させるようにバイパス方式で結線された少なくとも1つのサイリスタ(41)を有するバイパス回路(4)と、
前記フィルタリングコンデンサ(3)の電圧が前記直流蓄積電圧に実質上等しく、前記少なくとも1つの電気機械(MG1、MG2)が要求されるトルク−動作点に到達するのに十分である場合には、前記フィルタリングコンデンサ(3)から要求された電圧に応じて、少なくとも放電モードで、前記サイリスタ(41)に電流を直接通すことで前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を短絡させることを決定する前記サイリスタ(41)をプライミングする手段と
を備え、
前記直流/交流変換器(C1、C2)が、間にフィルタリングコンデンサ(3)と電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が並列に結線される正バス(21)及び負バス(21’)によって直流電圧を蓄積する要素(B)に接続されており、
前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)が、モータリング条件及び運転者の意思に基づく2つの動作モード、即ち、前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)が主エンジン(M)によって印加されるトルクの代わりに又はそれに加えて使用されるトルクを発生させるモータモードと、前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)が前記蓄積要素(B)及び前記フィルタリングコンデンサ(3)を充電するための電流を発生させる発電機モードとを有しており、
前記システムは、前記正バス(21)と前記負バス(21’)との間に要求される前記電圧を最適値に維持するように、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を調整する手段を更に備え、
前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を調整する手段が、要求される電流が実質上ゼロであるときは、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)のIGBTの動作を停止するように命令し、要求された最適電圧が前記蓄積要素(B)の電圧より実質上低いときは、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)の動作を停止させながら、前記サイリスタ(41)に電流を直接通すように前記サイリスタ(41)をプライミングすることを命令し、また要求された電圧が所与の閾値を超えるときは、前記サイリスタ(41)が動作しなくなるまで、前記サイリスタ(41)を通る電流を漸進的に低減させながら(52a)、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を通る電流を漸進的に増大させること(53)を決定することを特徴とする、
電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。 - 前記バイパス回路(4)は、前記正バス(21)と前記蓄積要素(B)の間に並列に結線された2つの逆方向のサイリスタ(41、41’)を備え、前記サイリスタ(41)のうちの一方をモータモードで、他方のサイリスタ(41’)を発電機モードでプライミングすることによって、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を短絡させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 前記正バス(21)と前記負バス(21’)の間に要求される最適電圧を送出するように前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を調整する手段を備え、
前記調整手段は、要求された電圧が所与の閾値より低い場合は、前記サイリスタ(41)をモータモードでプライミングすることを命令し、前記要求された電圧が前記閾値を超えるときは、前記サイリスタ(41)が動作しなくなり且つ前記サイリスタ(41)を流れる電流がゼロになるまで、前記サイリスタ(41)内に入る電流(52)を低減させながら、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を通る電流(53)を漸進的に増大させることを決定し、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)によって提供される余剰電流(53a)が、少なくとも設定値まで前記フィルタリングコンデンサ(3)の充電に使われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。 - 前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が、前記蓄積要素(B)の正端子に結線された入力端(11a)と中間点(12)に結線された出力端(11b)とを有するインダクタ(11)を備え、前記中間点(12)が、2つの回路によってそれぞれ前記正バス(21)と前記負バス(21’)とに直列に接続され、第1の回路(13’)が、前記負バス(21’)に接続されたエミッタと前記中間点(12)に接続されたコレクタとを有するパワートランジスタ(15’)と逆並列に配置されたダイオード(14’)を備え、第2の回路(13)が、前記中間点(12)に接続されたエミッタと前記正バス(21)に接続されたコレクタとを有するパワートランジスタ(15)と逆並列に配置されたダイオード(14)を備えること、及び前記バイパス回路(4)が、前記蓄積要素(B)の前記正端子と前記正バス(21)の間に結線された前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)を短絡させるためのサイリスタ(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 電気牽引下で、前記直流蓄積電圧が前記少なくとも1つの電気機械(MG1、MG2)が要求されるトルク−速度動作点を達成するのに十分である限り、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が動作せず、車両が前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)だけによって推進され、電流が直接前記サイリスタ(41)だけを通ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 電気機械(MG1、MG2)の前記トルク−速度動作点で前記直流蓄積電圧より大きいフィルタリングコンデンサの電圧が必要になると直ちに、前記調整手段が、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)内に入る電流を漸進的に増大させること(53)を命令し、よって前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が、前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)の動作点に対応する最適値で前記電圧を維持するように前記電圧の制御を再開することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 前記要求される電圧が前記直流蓄積電圧より大きく且つ前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)によって制御される状態から、前記要求された電圧を低減させるために、バイパス方式で結線された前記サイリスタ(41)がプライミングされ、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)の前記インダクタ(11)内に電流を流すことを命令するのに必要な電圧だけを保持しながら、前記フィルタリングコンデンサの電圧を前記直流蓄積電圧に近接した値まで低減させるように、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)内に入る電流が削減され、次いで前記パワートランジスタ(15、15’)が動作しなくなり、前記インダクタ(11)内の電流(53’b)が低減し、一方前記サイリスタ(41)内の電流(52’a)が、前記直流蓄積電圧に等しいフィルタリングコンデンサの電圧を提供するまで増大し、次いで前記サイリスタ(41)のゲート電流(51’b)が抑制されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 電流が前記インダクタ(11)内に入ることにより、前記サイリスタ(41)内の電流の増加を前記サイリスタ(41)のプライミングまで制限するように、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が調整されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのモータ発電機要素(MG)と前記少なくとも1つの蓄積要素(B)との間で交換される電力量が実質上ゼロである状態から、前記調整手段がまず、電流が前記サイリスタ(41)を通って直接前記直流蓄積電圧へ渡るように、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)の動作を停止しながら前記サイリスタ(41)をプライミングすること(51)を命令し、次いで、必要なフィルタリングコンデンサの電圧が前記直流蓄積電圧を超えたとき、前記電気機械(MG1、MG2)の動作点(P1、P2)に応じて前記フィルタリングコンデンサの電圧を制御するために、前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)に前記電流を漸進的に通すこと(53)を命令することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
- 前記エネルギー交換システムは、2つのモータ発電機電気機械(MG1、MG2)を備えること、及び前記電圧ブースター直流/直流変換器(1)が、動作点(P1、P2)に応じて前記2つの電気機械(MG1、MG2)のうちのいずれか一方によって必要とされる最大電圧を達成するように調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の電気又はハイブリッド車両用のエネルギー交換システム。
