Claims (6)
- プレートバーを加熱し、加熱状態でダイに供給し、プレス硬化する、モータービークルの構造部品の製造方法であって、プレス硬化する前に、プレートバーに対して窒化処理を行うモータービークルの構造部品の製造方法であって、該プレートバーが22MnB5鋼であり、該窒化処理が、プラズマ窒化であるモータービークルの構造部品の製造方法。
- 窒化処理を、プレートバーを炉に供給する前に行う、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 成形したプレートバーを、熱間形成の後、直ちに最終処理を行う、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- プレートバーが、熱処理鋼である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 製造方法が、連続した方法である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とするモータービークルの構造部品。
