Description
Claims (12)
- 液晶ディスプレイフロントエンドコンポーネントと、
カソードおよびアノードを有して、前記液晶ディスプレイフロントエンドコンポーネントに結合されている電界放出素子バックライトユニットと、
を備える液晶ディスプレイであって、
前記カソードは複数のエミッタセルを備え、
前記アノードは、実質上連続するストライプ状にそれぞれ形成される複数の蛍光体素子を有するスクリーン構造を備え、
前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、複数行の前記エミッタセルに位置が合わせられ、
前記電界放出素子バックライトユニットは、前記液晶ディスプレイフロントエンドコンポーネントよりも低い解像度である、
ことを特徴とする液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記エミッタセルはそれぞれ、複数の電子エミッタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記蛍光体素子は、互いに実質上平行して延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、1ミリメートルを超える幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、前記蛍光体素子のうちの隣接する1つの蛍光体素子と当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記蛍光体素子は、赤色蛍光体素子、緑色蛍光体素子、および青色蛍光体素子から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記赤色蛍光体素子と位置が合わせられた前記エミッタセルは、赤色エミッタセルからなり、
前記緑色蛍光体素子と位置が合わせられた前記エミッタセルは、緑色エミッタセルからなり、
前記青色蛍光体素子と位置が合わせられた前記エミッタセルは、青色エミッタセルからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶ディスプレイ。 - 複数のエミッタセルを備えるカソードと、
実質上連続するストライプ状にそれぞれが形成されている複数の蛍光体素子を有するスクリーン構造を備えるアノードと、
を備える電界放出素子であって、
前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、複数行の前記エミッタセルに位置が合わせられる
ことを特徴とする電界放出素子。 - 前記エミッタセルはそれぞれ、複数の電子エミッタを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電界放出素子。
- 前記蛍光体素子は、互いに実質上平行して延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電界放出素子。
- 前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、1ミリメートルを超える幅を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電界放出素子。
- 前記蛍光体素子はそれぞれ、前記蛍光体素子のうちの隣接する1つの蛍光体素子と当接することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電界放出素子。
