Description
つまり、図1に図示した通り、うろこ状や板状金属顔料を利用して成形品を製造する場合、射出成形の過程で金属顔料100が一定の方向に配列されない。また、樹脂の流れと流れが出会うウェルドライン部位では、成形品の表面に垂直または垂直に近い傾斜角を成して分布される。成形品の厚さが変更される部位においても同様の現象が発生する。これにより、光の反射がばらつくようになり、均一な金属色相を得ることができない。

1.白色度:ミノルタ製色彩計を利用した白色度(Lightness)測定 (板状アルミニウム金属顔料の性能を最高水準で100とする)
2.隠ぺい力:日本電色製Haze Meterを利用した透明度測定 (完全透明を100とする)
3.フローウェルドライン発生程度:フローウェルドライン部位での色相の差の発生程度を肉眼で観察
4.フローマーク色相変化:成形製品の厚さ偏差が発生する部位での金属の色相の差の発生程度を肉眼で観察

Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性樹脂100重量部、板状金属顔料0.1ないし10重量部、球状ガラス質物質1ないし50重量部、極細長繊維状の物質1ないし50重量部とを含む金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物を準備する段階と、
前記金属質感合成樹脂組成物を溶融する段階と、
キャビティを有する金型を提供する段階と、
前記金型のキャビティの表面を前記金属質感合成樹脂組成物の溶融温度以上に加熱する段階と、
前記溶融された金属質感合成樹脂組成物を前記金型のキャビティに射出する段階と、
射出によって前記溶融された金属質感合成樹脂組成物が充填した金型を冷却する段階と、
前記凝固された金属質感合成樹脂組成物を金型からとり除く段階とを含む金属質感合成樹脂成形品の射出成形方法。 - 前記金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物を準備する段階で、

前記極細長繊維状の物質と球状ガラス質物質の混合物100重量部に対して分散剤1ないし10重量部を添加する請求項1記載の金属質感合成樹脂成形品の射出成形方法。 - 前記分散剤はミネラルオイル、ステアリン酸、EBS(エチレン・ビス・ステアロアマイド)、ステアリン酸亜鉛、EVA(エチレン・ビニル・アセテート)及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求項9記載の金属質感合成樹脂成形品の射出成形方法。
- 前記金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物を準備する段階で、
前記熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対して有機あるいは無機の有色顔料0.1ないし10重量部で添加する請求項1記載の金属質感合成樹脂成形品の射出成形方法。 - 前記金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物が充填した金型を冷却する段階は、
金型キャビティの表面を前記金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物の結晶化温度(Tc)以下の温度まで200ないし400℃/分の冷却速度で急速冷却して前記金属質感成形品用合成樹脂組成物を固める(固化)段階である請求項1記載の金属質感合成樹脂成形品の射出成形方法。
