Description
− 熱エンジンと電気機械で構成される駆動システムであって、前記車両の車輪に接続され、駆動システムコンピュータにより制御される前記駆動システムと、
− 前記車輪に油圧制動トルクをブレーキを介して加えることができる油圧制動システムであって、ブレーキコンピュータにより制御される前記油圧制動システムと、
− 作動させると前記車両の車輪に加わる制動トルクを発生させるブレーキペダル
を備え、前記方法は次のステップ:
− 前記ブレーキペダルを作動させて、前記電気機械から前記車輪に電気制動トルクを加えるステップと、
− ギアチェンジが変速機を介して予期される場合に、前記変速機から前記駆動システムコンピュータにこのギアチェンジが通知されるステップと、
− 次に、前記駆動システムコンピュータから前記ブレーキコンピュータに、前記電気トルクが前記ギアチェンジ時に無効になることが通知されるステップと、
− 前記ブレーキコンピュータが前記制動システムを制御して、前記ギアチェンジ時に無効になる前記電気制動トルクを埋め合わせるステップと、
− 前記変速機から前記駆動コンピュータに、前記ギアチェンジが行なわれる数百ミリ秒前の時点でこのギアチェンジが通知されて、前記油圧制動トルクにより前記電気トルクを段階的に埋め合わせるステップ
を含む。
Claims (4)
- 車両(1)の制動方法、具体的にはハイブリッド車両の制動方法であって、この車両(1)は:
− 熱エンジン(7)、電気機械(8)、及びトルクを遮断する自動変速機(9)によって構成される駆動システム(3)であって、前記自動変速機(9)がまず前記電気機械(8)に接続され、次に前記車両の車輪(2)に接続されており、駆動システムコンピュータ(12)により制御される前記駆動システム(3)と、
− ブレーキ(17)を介して前記車輪(2)に油圧制動トルクを加えることができる油圧制動システム(15)であって、ブレーキコンピュータ(21)により制御される前記油圧制動システム(15)と、
− 前記車両の車輪(2)にペダルを作動させると加わる制動トルクを発生させるブレーキペダル(20)
を備え、前記制動方法は次のステップ:
− 前記ブレーキペダル(20)を作動させて、前記電気機械(8)から前記車輪(2)に電気制動トルクを加えるステップと、
− ギアチェンジが前記変速機(9)を介して予期される場合に、前記変速機(9)から前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)にこのギアチェンジが通知されるステップと、
− 次に、前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)から前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)に、前記ギアチェンジ時に前記電気トルクが無効になることが通知されるステップと、
− 前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)が前記制動システム(15)を制御して、前記ギアチェンジ時に無効になる前記電気制動トルクを埋め合わせるステップと、
− 前記変速機(9)から前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)に、前記ギアチェンジが行われる数百ミリ秒前の時点でこのギアチェンジが通知されて、前記油圧制動トルクにより前記電気トルクを段階的に埋め合わせるステップを含むことを特徴とし、かつ、
− 前記電気機械(8)が、該電気機械の構成部品のうちの1つの部品の故障を検出した場合、又は最高作動温度に達した場合に、この電気機械(8)から前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)に、この故障が、又はこの温度に達したことが通知され、
− 次に、前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)から前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)に、この故障のため、又は最高温度に達したために前記電気制動トルクが低下する低下分の値と、更にオーバーヒートした場合に、電気制動トルクが低下して、電気機械(8)の温度がオーバーヒートから回復する温度の最大値を下回るまで下がることができるのに要する時間とが通知され、
− 前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)が前記制動システム(15)を制御して、電気制動トルクのこの低下を埋め合わせることを特徴とする、制動方法。 - 前記電気機械(8)が電力貯蔵システム(10)に接続され、前記方法は次のステップ:
− 前記貯蔵システム(10)が最大容量に達すると、前記貯蔵システム(10)から前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)に、前記貯蔵システム(10)が最大貯蔵容量に達したことが通知されるステップと、
− 次に、前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)から前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)に、前記貯蔵システム(10)が前記最大容量に達するときに前記電気制動トルクが低下する低下分の値が通知されるステップと、
− 前記ブレーキコンピュータ(21)が前記制動システム(15)を制御して、電気制動トルクのこの低下を埋め合わせるステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - − 前記貯蔵システム(15)から前記駆動システムコンピュータ(12)に、前記貯蔵システムが最大充電容量に達することが、前記最大充電容量に達する数秒前の時点で通知され、前記油圧制動トルクによって前記電気トルクを段階的に埋め合わせることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- − 電気制動力の補償が階段状に行なわれるように、前記車輪に前記油圧制動トルクを加えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。
