Description
実施例1とは、シリコン微粒子44を付着させない点以外は全て同一の手順で光電変換素子を作製した。即ち、比較例1で作製した光電変換素子は、光電変換層に酸化チタン粒子と色素とを備え、シリコン微粒子44を有していない。

Claims (4)
- 導電性支持体と、光電変換層と、電解質層と、対向電極とをこの順で積層してなる光電変換素子において、
前記光電変換層が、半導体粒子と、少なくとも一種以上の増感色素及びこの増感色素とは異なる光の吸収波長領域を有する結晶性シリコン微粒子とを備えたことを特徴とする光電変換素子。 - 前記光電変換層は、半導体粒子に結晶性シリコン微粒子が付着し、さらにこれらのまわりに前記増感色素が付着していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記増感色素がルテニウム錯体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光電変換素子。
- 導電性支持体上に、光電変換層を形成する光電変換層形成工程と、対向電極を設置した後に前記光電変換層と対向電極との間に電解液を注入して電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程とを備えた光電変換素子の製造方法において、
前記光電変換層形成工程は、
前記導電性支持体上に半導体粒子からなる半導体粒子層を設け、
次いで、この半導体粒子層の表面に結晶性シリコン微粒子を付着させ、その後増感色素を半導体粒子層全体に付着させることを特徴とする光電変換素子の製造方法。
