Description
第3段のイオン交換樹脂塔102cの排出ライン122cは、ポンプ132c、アクチュエータ付きの弁134c、屈折率計114及びpH計116を介して、4つの液体回収タンク136a、136b、136c、136dに排出側切替え弁138を介して接続されている。
それにより、イオン交換樹脂塔2a、2b、2c内にある水が第1のイオン交換樹脂塔2aから第3のイオン交換樹脂塔2cまで順番に溶離剤に置換される。また、置換されて第3のイオン交換樹脂塔2cから排出された水を液体回収タンク36aに回収する。溶離剤をイオン交換樹脂4と接触させることによって、イオン交換樹脂4に吸着していたアミノ酸がイオン交換樹脂4から脱離し、溶離剤に溶け込む。なお、本明細書において、アミノ酸が溶け込んだ溶離剤を、溶離液と称する。
従って、第1段のイオン交換樹脂塔2aの信号と同様の第2のイオン交換樹脂塔2bの信号に、前者の信号を指示する符号の1の桁が同じ20番台の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのイオン交換樹脂塔内の液面レベルを制御する液面制御方法であって、
液体を供給装置によってイオン交換樹脂塔内にその上部から供給する供給段階と、
イオン交換樹脂塔内のイオン交換樹脂の層の上に位置する液体の層の液面レベルが目標液面レベルに近づくように、液体を排出装置によってイオン交換樹脂塔の下部から排出する排出段階と、を有し、前記排出段階は、
液面レベルに対応する液面レベル信号を液面レベルセンサによって得る段階と、
前記液面レベル信号を入力とし且つ目標液面レベルを目標値とするPID演算を行って、液面レベルPID操作信号を得る段階と、
前記供給装置によってイオン交換樹脂塔に供給される液体の供給流量に対応する供給流量信号を得る段階と、
前記液面レベルPID操作信号及び前記供給流量信号に基づいて、前記排出装置によってイオン交換樹脂塔から排出する液体の排出量に対応する前記排出装置の操作信号を決定する段階と、
前記排出装置の操作信号に基づいて前記排出装置を作動させる段階と、を有することを特徴とする液面制御方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのイオン交換樹脂塔は、直列に接続された第1段のイオン交換樹脂塔及び第2段のイオン交換樹脂塔を有し、前記第1段のイオン交換樹脂塔の排出装置は、前記第2段のイオン交換樹脂塔の供給装置であり、
前記第2段のイオン交換樹脂塔において前記供給流量信号を得る段階は、前記第1段のイオン交換樹脂塔において決定された排出装置の操作信号を得る段階からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - 前記排出段階は、更に、前記イオン交換樹脂層と前記液体層との間の界面レベルに対応する界面レベル信号を界面レベルセンサによって得る段階と、
前記目標液面レベルを前記界面レベル信号の増減に応じて増減させる段階と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制御方法。 - イオン交換樹脂塔内の液面レベルを制御するための液面制御システムであって、
少なくとも1つのイオン交換樹脂塔と、
イオン交換樹脂塔内のイオン交換樹脂の層と、
イオン交換樹脂の層を浸すようにイオン交換樹脂塔内に供給された液体によって前記イオン交換樹脂層の上に形成された液体層と、
液体層の液面レベルを検出するための液面レベルセンサと、
液体をイオン交換樹脂塔に供給するためにイオン交換樹脂塔の上部に接続された供給装置と、
液体をイオン交換樹脂塔から排出するためにイオン交換樹脂塔の下部に接続された排出装置と、
前記液面レベルセンサ、前記供給装置、及び前記排出装置に接続された液面コントローラと、を有し、
前記液面コントローラは、前記供給装置から受取った信号に基づいて、イオン交換樹脂塔に供給する液体の供給流量に対応する供給流量信号を得、液面レベルセンサによって検出された液面レベル信号を入力とし且つ目標液面レベルを目標値とするPID演算を行って、液面レベルPID操作信号を得、この液面レベルPID操作信号と前記供給流量信号とに基づいて、前記排出装置から排出する排出流量に対応する排出装置の操作信号を決定し、この排出装置の操作信号に基づいて前記排出装置を作動させることを特徴とする液面制御システム。 - 更に、前記イオン交換樹脂層と前記液体層との間の界面レベルを検出するための界面レベルセンサを有し、
前記液面コントローラは、更に、界面レベルに対応する界面レベル信号を得、目標液面レベルを界面レベル信号の増減に応じて増減させることを特徴とする液面制御システム。 - 液体に浸されたイオン交換樹脂層とその上に位置する液体層との間の界面レベルを検出するための界面レベルセンサであって、
液体層を貫いてイオン交換樹脂層内に延び且つ下方がシールされた2本の筒体を有し、この2本の筒体は、互いに間隔をおいて配置され、光を透過可能な材料で作られ、
更に、一方の筒体の中で上下方向に整列した複数の投光部と、他方の筒体の中で上下方向に整列し且つ各投光部から放射された光が1対1の対応関係をなして入射するように投光部と対向した受光部と、前記投光部及び前記受光部に接続されたセンサコントローラと、を有し、
前記センサコントローラは、隣接した投光部/受光部のどの間に界面レベルが位置するかを決定し、
更に、前記筒体の周りに配置された外筒体を有し、この外筒体は、前記投光部から放射されて前記受光部に受取られる光が通る窓を有することを特徴とする界面レベルセンサ。
