Description
a)アンモニウム塩又はN含有化合物、NH3/NH4ゼオライト、及び鉄化合物、及び1価金属化合物の、乾燥した混合物を準備し、
b)上記成分をミル中でよく混合し、
c)低くとも300℃の温度で加熱処理し、
d)最後に室温へ冷却する。
Claims (10)
- 炭化水素の吸着材料を含有しており、
吸着材料が鉄含有ゼオライトであり、且つ+1酸化状態の金属を含み、
鉄の含有量が、吸着材料の全重量に対して0.1〜10重量%であり、
前記ゼオライト中の+1酸化状態の金属の比率が、ゼオライトの全重量に対して0.01〜2重量%であり、
前記+1酸化状態の金属が、銅、銀および金から選ばれたものであり、
前記鉄が固体イオン交換によって導入されていることを特徴とする、揮発性炭化水素の放出を制御するための揮発性炭化水素の吸着ユニット。 - ゼオライトが、10:1から100:1のSiO2/Al2O3の比を有する二酸化ケイ素/二酸化アルミニウム/鉄に基づいたゼオライトである請求項1記載の吸着ユニット。
- ゼオライトが、MFIとしてのZSM-5型、FAUとしてのゼオライトY、BEAとしてのベータゼオライト、CHAとしての菱沸石、MORとしてのモルデナイト、ERIとしてのエリオナイト、MELとしてのZSM-11、MTWとしてのZSM-12、MTTとしてのZSM-23のゼオライトから選ばれたゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の吸着ユニット。
- ゼオライトが、MFIとしてのZSM-5型又はBEAとしてのベータゼオライトのゼオライトである請求項3記載の吸着ユニット。
- ゼオライトが8、10又は12の四面体から形成された員環を有している請求項3記載の吸着ユニット。
- a)アンモニウム塩又はN含有化合物、アンモニウム含有又はアミン含有ゼオライト、及び鉄化合物、及び、+1酸化状態の金属の化合物の、乾燥した混合物を準備し、
b)上記成分をミル中でよく混合し、
c)低くとも300℃の温度で加熱処理し、
d)最後に室温へ冷却する、各ステップを有し、
鉄の含有量を、吸着材料の全重量に対して0.1〜10重量%とし、
前記ゼオライトに対する前記+1酸化状態の金属の比率を、ゼオライトの全重量に対して0.01〜2重量%とし、
前記+1酸化状態の金属が、銅、銀および金から選ばれたものである、
請求項1記載の吸着ユニットでの使用のためのゼオライトの製造方法。 - 用いるゼオライト材料が、いずれの場合でもアンモニウム態の、ZSM-5型、MFI型、又はベータ型のゼオライトである請求項6記載のゼオライトの製造方法。
- 混合物が加熱処理中に窒素含有環境に暴露される請求項7記載のゼオライトの製造方法。
- 窒素含有環境がさらにアンモニア又はアミンを含む請求項8記載のゼオライトの製造方法。
- 請求項6に記載のゼオライトの製造方法によって得ることができるゼオライト。
