Claims (2)
- 金属部品の表面に、Cu系めっき皮膜を形成し、その上にNi系めっき皮膜を形成し、CASS試験96時間をクリアーできる高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜であって、前記Cu系めっき皮膜は、シアン化銅めっき皮膜と光沢硫酸銅めっき皮膜を順次積層形成したものであり、Ni系めっき皮膜は、少なくとも次亜リン酸ナトリウム100〜150g/L、硫酸ニッケル100〜125g/Lを含むめっき浴を用いて形成した高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜とNi−P−Snめっき皮膜を順次積層形成したもの又はNi−P−Snめっき皮膜であり、金属部品の表面に形成するめっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも20μmであるとともに、前記Cu系めっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも10μm、前記Ni系めっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも10μmであることを特徴とする高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 前記Ni−P−Snめっき皮膜は、少なくとも塩化第二錫5〜25g/L、次亜リン酸ナトリウム20〜30g/L、硫酸ニッケル20〜30g/Lを含むめっき浴を用いて形成した請求項1記載の高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
