Abstract
母材金属、特にアルミニウム合金の表面に形成し、航空機や船舶あるいは港湾等の金属部品で塩水が吹き付ける過酷な環境で使用に耐え得る高耐食性を備え、Cdめっき皮膜に代わる環境負荷の少ない高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜を提供する。
【解決手段】
金属部品1の表面に、シアン化銅めっき皮膜4と光沢硫酸銅めっき皮膜5を順次積層形成し、その上に高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜6又はNi−P−Snめっき皮膜を形成し、あるいは高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜とNi−P−Snめっき皮膜を順次積層形成した。

Claims (8)
- 金属部品の表面に、シアン化銅めっき皮膜と光沢硫酸銅めっき皮膜を順次積層形成し、その上に高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜又はNi−P−Snめっき皮膜を形成したことを特徴とする高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 金属部品の表面に、シアン化銅めっき皮膜と光沢硫酸銅めっき皮膜を順次積層形成し、その上に高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜とNi−P−Snめっき皮膜を順次積層形成したことを特徴とする高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 金属部品の表面に、高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜を形成し、その上にNi−P−Snめっき皮膜又はNi−フッ素樹脂複合めっき皮膜を形成したことを特徴とする高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 金属部品の表面に、Ni−P−Snめっき皮膜を形成し、その上にNi−P−Wめっき皮膜を形成したことを特徴とする高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 金属部品の表面に形成するめっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも20μmである請求項1〜4何れかに記載の高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- Cu系めっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも10μm、Ni系めっき皮膜の合計厚さが少なくとも10μmである請求項1又は2記載の高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 前記高濃度のリンを含むNi−Pめっき皮膜は、少なくとも次亜リン酸ナトリウム100〜150g/L、硫酸ニッケル100〜125g/Lを含むめっき浴を用いて形成した請求項1〜3何れかに記載の高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
- 前記Ni−P−Snめっき皮膜は、少なくとも塩化第二錫5〜25g/L、次亜リン酸ナトリウム20〜30g/L、硫酸ニッケル20〜30g/Lを含むめっき浴を用いて形成した請求項1〜4何れかに記載の高耐食性Ni系複合めっき皮膜。
