Description
(1)ロータはステータの周囲を回転するアウターロータタイプのブラシレスモータとする。
(2)モータにより駆動される被駆動部材をロックワッシャに連結させる。
(3)モータはカメラのレンズに内蔵してレンズ枠を駆動するためのモータとして構成する。
特に、(2)においては、ロックワッシャの一部をモータの外周側に配設してモータの外周側に存在する被駆動部材を回転駆動するのみならず、ロックワッシャの一部をモータの内周側にまで延設してモータの内周側に存在する被駆動部材を回転駆動する構成が可能になる。後者の構成は既存の中空ブラシレスモータとの置き換えが容易である。

Claims (5)
- 円環状をしたステータと、前記ステータに沿って回転する円環状をしたロータと、前記ロータを前記ステータに回転可能に支持するベアリングとを備える円環状モータであって、前記ベアリングは1つの4接点単列アンギュラ玉軸受で構成されており、前記ステータには台形の凹溝が形成され、この凹溝の両テーパ側面において前記ボールに2点で接し、前記ロータには対向配置された2つのテーパ面を備え、これらテーパ面において前記ボールに2点で接しており、前記ロータは前記ステータに対して相対回転するロータヨークに固定されたロータ筒と、このロータ筒に対して円周面に形成されたネジにより螺合されるロックワッシャを備え、前記ロータ筒には前記2つのテーパ面の一方のテーパ面が形成され、前記ロックワッシャには他方のテーパ面が形成され、前記ロックワッシャを前記ロータ筒に取着したときに当該他方のテーパ面で前記ボールを押圧し、前記一方のテーパ面及び前記ステータの凹溝の両テーパ側面に当接させることを特徴とする円環状モータ。
- 前記ロータは前記ステータの外周囲を回転するアウターロータタイプのブラシレスモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円環状モータ。
- 前記モータにより駆動される被駆動部材を前記ロックワッシャに連結させていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の円環状モータ。
- 前記ロックワッシャの一部をモータの内周側にまで延設してモータの内周側に存在する被駆動部材を回転駆動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円環状モータ。
- 前記モータはカメラのレンズに内蔵してレンズ枠を駆動するためのモータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の円環状モータ。
