Claims (10)
- ハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法であって、
エンジンのイグニッションキーをオンして該エンジンを駆動し、
蓄電器の温度が予め設定された温度より低いときに、前記エンジンを作動させて暖機運転を行なうと共に、電動発電機を作動させて前記蓄電器を充放電させて、前記蓄電器を発熱させることにより、前記蓄電器を加熱し、
前記蓄電器の目標充電率を変化させることにより、前記蓄電器を充放電させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法であって、
前記蓄電器を放電させるときには前記目標充電率を低く設定し、前記蓄電器を充電させるときには前記目標充電率を高く設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法。 - ハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法であって、
エンジンのイグニッションキーをオンして該エンジンを駆動し、
蓄電器の温度が予め設定された温度より低いときに、前記エンジンを作動させて暖機運転を行なうと共に、電気負荷を作動させて前記蓄電器を充放電させて、前記蓄電器を発熱させることにより、前記蓄電器を加熱し、
前記電気負荷が要求する電力を変化させることにより、前記蓄電器を充放電させることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法。 - ハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法であって、
エンジンのイグニッションキーをオンして該エンジンを駆動し、
蓄電器の温度が予め設定された温度より低いときに、前記エンジンを作動させて暖機運転を行なうと共に、電動発電機を作動させて前記蓄電器を充放電させて、前記蓄電器を発熱させることにより、前記蓄電器を加熱し、
前記蓄電器の温度が予め設定された温度より低いときに前記エンジンを作動させる際に、前記エンジンの回転数を暖機後の回転数より高く設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械の暖機方法。 - エンジンのイグニッションキーをオンして該エンジンを駆動し、蓄電器の温度が予め設定された温度より低いときに、前記エンジンの駆動により前記蓄電器を加熱する暖機方法により暖機処理を行なうハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
電動発電機によりアシストされる前記エンジンと、
前記電動発電機に電力を供給する前記蓄電器と、
電気負荷である電動機と、
前記エンジン及び前記電動機の少なくとも一方と前記蓄電器とを接続する通路と
を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項5記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記通路を開閉する遮断機構をさらに有することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項6記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器の温度、前記エンジンの排気温度、及び前記電動機から排出される空気の温度に基づいて、前記通路の遮断機構の開閉を制御する制御部をさらに有することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項5記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器内の空気を外部に排出して前記蓄電器を冷却する冷却ファンをさらに有することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項8記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記蓄電器の温度、前記エンジンの排気温度、及び前記電動機から排出される空気の温度に基づいて、前記冷却ファンの作動を制御する制御部をさらに有することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項9記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記冷却ファンはシャッター付きファンであることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。
