−ほぐされたポリエチレンのブロックからフィルム又はテープを削り出し、かつ、
−前記フィルム又はテープの延伸を、単段階又は多段階で少なくとも1:20の全延伸比で延伸する、
工程を含む、高強度のポリエチレンフィルム又はテープを製造するための方法によって解決された。
1段階延伸λ=6、温度136〜140℃;
2段階延伸λ=4、温度144〜146℃;
3段階延伸λ=3、温度148〜150℃;
4段階延伸λ=1.8、温度150〜153℃。
Claims (6)
- 高強度ポリエチレンフィルム又はテープを製造する方法において、該方法が、絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末の量を提供し、この絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末の量に対して少なくとも2.0MPa(20バール)の圧力及びこの絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレンのα緩和温度と溶融温度T mPE との間の温度を適用することで、絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレンブロックを生じさせ、この絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレンブロックからフィルム又はテープを削り出し、かつ、前記フィルム又はテープを単段階又は多段階の延伸工程において、少なくとも1:20の全延伸比で延伸する、ことを含む、前記方法。
- 絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレンブロックを形成するための温度が、α緩和温度とTmPE−10℃との間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 絡み合いのない超高分子量ポリエチレンブロックを形成するための温度が100℃〜130℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高強度ポリエチレンフィルム又はテープが、少なくとも1200MPaの引張り強度及び少なくとも40GPaの引張り弾性を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 対弾道材用途における、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において製造されたフィルム又はテープの使用。
- 複合材用途における、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において製造されたフィルム又はテープの使用。
