Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態として、被検物の表面形状を観察するための軸外し(off-axis)ホログラフィック顕微鏡を説明する。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態として、軸外しホログラフィック顕微鏡を説明する。ここでは第1実施形態との相違点のみ説明する。
Claims (3)
- 光源から供給されるコヒーレント光を参照光と測定光とに分離するビームスプリッタと、
前記ビームスプリッタから射出した測定光の光路に配置され、そのビームスプリッタの側に瞳を配し、その瞳の内部へ入射した測定光で物体を落射照明する対物レンズと、
前記測定光に応じて前記物体で発生した散乱光である物体光を、前記対物レンズ及び前記ビームスプリッタを介して受光する二次元画像検出器と、
前記ビームスプリッタから射出した参照光を前記ビームスプリッタの側へ折り返すと共に、前記ビームスプリッタに関して前記瞳と対称な領域の縁部に向けてその参照光を集光する反射集光光学系とを備え、
前記反射集光光学系による前記参照光の集光点は、前記ビームスプリッタの近傍に位置し、
前記ビームスプリッタにおける前記参照光の入射領域には、前記対物レンズの側から前記二次元画像検出器へ向かう前記物体光を妨げることなく、前記集光点から発散した前記
参照光を前記二次元画像検出器へ効率的に入射させる微小光学面が形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸外しホログラフィック顕微鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の軸外しホログラフィック顕微鏡において、
前記反射集光光学系は、
凹球面ミラーからなる
ことを特徴とする軸外しホログラフィイック顕微鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の軸外しホログラフィック顕微鏡において、
前記反射集光光学系は、
平面ミラーと集光レンズとの組み合わせからなる
ことを特徴とする軸外しホログラフィック顕微鏡。
