Ge−ZSM−5の合成
使用した化学薬品:
「Ludox AS−40」コロイドシリカSiO2;水中40質量%の懸濁液;Aldrich;
水酸化ナトリウムNaOH;50質量%の水溶液;Sigma-Aldrich;
二酸化ゲルマニウムGeO2;米国GTAH68002のGermanium Corporation;
アルミン酸ナトリウムNaAlO2(23.6質量%のAl2O3;19.4質量%のNa2O;57.0質量%のH2O);Southern Ionics;
水酸化テトラプロピルアンモニウム(CH3CH2CH2)4NOH、水中40質量%;SACHEM;
酢酸CH3CO2H、99.7%;Aldrich
溶液1
15.84gの水酸化ナトリウム溶液を151.25gの脱イオン水と混合した。この溶液中に7.11gのGeO2を撹拌しながら溶解させた。
3.84gのアルミン酸ナトリウムを153.9gの脱イオン水と混合した。
研究室で調製した15gのGeZSM−5を350mlのCsNO3(0.5M)水溶液で洗浄し、濾過した。次いで、濾液を0.5MのCsNO3でさらに3回洗浄し、最後の濾過の際に蒸留水で濯いだ。次いで、ゼオライト粉末を空気中において280℃で3時間に亘りか焼した。

酸化ゲルマニウム(IV)GeO2;米国GTAH68002のGermanium Corporation;
1.7gのアルミン酸ナトリウムおよび2.817gの水酸化ナトリウムを136.0gの脱イオン水中に溶解させた。この溶液に28.16gの臭化テトラブチルアンモニウムを加え、溶解させた。この溶液中に2.8452gの酸化ゲルマニウムを溶解させた。この溶液中に、約15分間撹拌しながら、コロイドシリカ「Lusox HS−30」(80g)を溶液中に入れた。ゲルのpHは12.61であった。撹拌しながら(200rpm)、144時間に亘り150℃で300mlのステンレス鋼製オートクレーブ内において結晶化を行った。
4gの研究室で調製したGeZSM−11(形態1)を200mlのCsNO3水溶液(0.5M)で洗浄し、次いで、濾過した。次いで、濾液を0.5MのCsNO3でさらに3回洗浄し、最後の濾過の際に蒸留水で濯いだ。次いで、ゼオライト粉末を空気中において280℃で3時間に亘りか焼した。

酸化ゲルマニウム(IV)GeO2;米国GTAH68002のGermanium Corporation;
硫酸、95〜98%;Sigma-Aldrich
7.2gの硫酸アルミニウム水和物を544gの脱イオン水中に溶解させた。この溶液中に水酸化カリウム(16g)を溶解させた。同じ溶液中に6.83gの酸化ゲルマニウムを溶解させた。この溶液中に、64gの1,8−ジアミノオクタンを加え、撹拌により溶解させた。約15分間撹拌しながら、コロイドシリカ「Lusox HS−30」(192g)を溶液中に徐々に入れた。白色のゲルが形成された。ゲルを約1時間に亘り撹拌した。次いで、激しく溶液を撹拌しながら、10mlの硫酸を徐々に加えた。ゲルのpHは約11であった。
3gの研究室で調製したGeZSM−11(形態2)を150mlのCsNO3水溶液(0.5M)で洗浄し、次いで、濾過した。次いで、濾液を0.5MのCsNO3でさらに3回洗浄し、最後の濾過の際に蒸留水で濯いだ。次いで、ゼオライト粉末を空気中において280℃で3時間に亘りか焼した。
Ge−ZSM−12の合成
使用した化学薬品:
水酸化ナトリウムNaOH、50%水溶液;Aldrich;
アルミン酸ナトリウムNaAlO2(23.6%のAl2O3;19.4%のNa2O;57.0%のH2O);Southern Ionics;
二酸化ゲルマニウムGeO2;米国GTAH68002のGermanium Corporation;
水酸化テトラエチルアンモニウム(CH2CH2)4NOH;35%w/w水溶液;Alfa-Aesar;
「Ludox HS−30」SiO2コロイドシリカ;(30質量%);Sigma-Aldrich;
2.0042gの水酸化ナトリウム、1.6808gのアルミン酸ナトリウムおよび26.29gの水酸化テトラエチルアンモニウムを25.00gの脱イオン水中に溶解させた。この溶液中に3.0648gの二酸化ゲルマニウムを溶解させた。この溶液中に、撹拌しながら、100gのシリカ源「Lusox HS−30」を溶液に徐々に加えた。撹拌を1時間継続した。粘性のゲルが形成された。
3.22gの研究室で調製したGeZSM−12(361−032)を150mlのCsNO3水溶液(0.5M)で洗浄し、次いで、濾過した。次いで、濾液を0.5MのCsNO3でさらに3回洗浄し、最後の濾過の際に蒸留水で濯いだ。次いで、ゼオライト粉末を空気中において280℃で3時間に亘りか焼した。
Pt/Ge−ZSM−11

7.2gの硫酸アルミニウム水和物を544gの脱イオン水中に溶解させた。この溶液中に水酸化カリウム(16g)を溶解させた。同じ溶液中に6.83gの酸化ゲルマニウムを溶解させた。この溶液中に、64gの1,8−ジアミノオクタンを加え、撹拌により溶解させた。撹拌しながら、コロイドシリカ「Lusox HS−30」(192g)を溶液中に徐々に入れた。ゲルが形成され、これを約1時間に亘り撹拌した。次いで、激しく溶液を撹拌しながら、10mlの硫酸を徐々に加えた。ゲルのpHは約11であった。
Pt/Ge−ZSM−48
使用した化学薬品:
水酸化ナトリウムNaOH;50%水溶液;Sigma-Aldrich;
Hi−Sil(登録商標)SiO2、水和アモルファスシリカ;PPT Industries, Inc.;
1,6−ジアミノヘキサンH2N(CH2)6NH2、98+%;Alfa-Aesar;
エタノールCH3CH2OH;94〜96%;Alfa-Aesar;
酸化ゲルマニウム(IV)GeO2;米国GTAH68002のGermanium Corporation;
4.5597gの水酸化ナトリウム溶液を40gの脱イオン水中に加えた。酸化ゲルマニウム(2.2846g)を入れ、溶解させた。この溶液に363.86gの脱イオン水を加えた。38.5gのシリカ源である「Hi−Sil」233を、撹拌しながら入れた。この混合物を約10分間に亘り撹拌した。次いで、1.6−ジアミノヘキサン(28g)をこの混合物に加え、撹拌を一晩続けた。9.1gのエタノールを、撹拌しながら加えた。混合物のpHは11.74であった。
Claims (6)
- 炭化水素の転化のための触媒であって、
a) ゲルマニウムがゼオライト骨格中に組み込まれた、5オングストロームから8オングストロームの細孔径を有する、細孔が中くらいのゼオライト、および
b) 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積した第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属、
を有してなり、
前記ゼオライトが一次元、二次元または三次元の細孔構造を有し、
前記ゼオライトが、MEL、MWW、MTW、TON、MSE、MOZ、ZSM−48、MAZ、MEI、MFS、NES、OFF、STI、BOG、ERI、FAU、EUO、FERまたはGMEであり、
前記ゼオライトが非酸性である、
ことを特徴とする触媒。 - 前記ゼオライトが、該ゼオライトを非酸性にするためにアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属により塩基交換されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積した金属が白金であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の触媒。
- 請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の細孔が中くらいのゼオライト触媒を合成するプロセスであって、
a) ゼオライトの骨格中にゲルマニウムを含有する、細孔が中くらいのゼオライトを調製する工程、
b) 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に、第10族から選択される少なくとも1種類の金属を堆積させる工程、および
c) 前記ゼオライトの調製中、もしくは前記第10族の金属の堆積の前または後に、前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライトをか焼する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 炭化水素の転化プロセスであって、
a) 分子当たり2から12の炭素原子を有する、アルカン、オレフィンまたはそれらの混合物を含有する炭化水素流を、少なくとも1種類の、細孔が中くらいのゼオライト系の請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の触媒と接触させる工程であって、前記ゼオライトが、ゼオライト骨格中に組み込まれたゲルマニウムを含有し、第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属が、前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積されるものである工程、および
b) 生成物を回収する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 前記アルカンまたは前記オレフィンが、直鎖、分岐鎖、または環式またはそれらの混合であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプロセス。
