Claims (16)
- ゼオライト骨格中にゲルマニウムが組み込まれた、細孔が中くらいのゼオライトからなるゼオライト。
- 前記ゼオライトが一次元、二次元または三次元の細孔構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のゼオライト。
- 前記ゼオライトが、MFI、MEL、LTL、BEA、MOR、MWW、MTT、MTW、TON、MSE、MOZ、ZSM−48、MAZ、MEI、MFS、NES、OFF、STI、BOG、ERI、FAU、EUO、FERまたはGMEであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のゼオライト。
- 請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のゼオライトを合成するプロセスであって、
a) ゼオライトの骨格中にゲルマニウムを含有する、細孔が中くらいのゼオライトを調製する工程、および
b) 前記ゼオライトをか焼する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 炭化水素の転化のための触媒であって、
a) ゲルマニウムがゼオライト骨格中に組み込まれた、細孔が中くらいの請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のゼオライト、および
b) 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積した第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属、
を有してなる触媒。 - 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積した金属が白金であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが非酸性であることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 細孔が中くらいのゼオライト触媒を合成するプロセスであって、
a) ゼオライトの骨格中にゲルマニウムを含有する、細孔が中くらいの請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のゼオライトを調製する工程、
b) 前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に、第10族から選択される少なくとも1種類の金属を堆積させる工程、および
c) 前記ゼオライトの調製中、もしくは前記第10族の金属の堆積の前または後に、前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライトをか焼する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 前記ゼオライトが、該ゼオライトを非酸性にするためにアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属により塩基交換されることを特徴とする請求項8記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素の転化プロセスであって、
a) 分子当たり2から12の炭素原子を有する、アルカン、オレフィンまたはそれらの混合物を含有する炭化水素流を、少なくとも1種類の、細孔が中くらいのゼオライト系の請求項5から7いずれか1項記載の触媒と接触させる工程であって、前記ゼオライトが、ゼオライト骨格中に組み込まれたゲルマニウムを含有し、第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属が、前記細孔が中くらいのゼオライト上に堆積されるものである工程、および
b) 生成物を回収する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 前記アルカンまたは前記オレフィンが、直鎖、分岐鎖、または環式またはそれらの混合であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素の転化のための触媒であって、
アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)の骨格中にゲルマニウムが組み込まれたアルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)
を有してなる触媒。 - 第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属が、前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)上に堆積していることを特徴とする請求項12記載の触媒。
- 請求項12または13記載の触媒を合成するプロセスであって、
a) アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)の骨格中にゲルマニウムが組み込まれたアルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)を調製する工程、および
b) 前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)をか焼する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。 - 前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)上に、第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属を堆積させる工程をさらに含み、前記か焼する工程が、前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)の調製後、前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)上に第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属を堆積させる前、もしくは前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)上に第10族から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属を堆積させた後に行われることを特徴とする請求項14記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素の転化プロセスであって、
a) 分子当たり2から12の炭素原子を有する、アルカン、オレフィンまたはそれらの混合物を含有する炭化水素流を、少なくとも1種類のアルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)系の請求項12または13記載の触媒と接触させる工程であって、前記アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)が、該アルミノリン酸塩(AlPO)またはシリコアルミノリン酸塩(SAPO)骨格中に組み込まれたゲルマニウムを含有するものである工程、および
b) 生成物を回収する工程、
を有してなるプロセス。
