Description
1.(発明の分野)本発明は、聴覚方法およびシステムに関する。さらに詳細には、本発明は、言語受信閾値(SRT)を改善し、高周波数空間定位キューを保存し、かつ中耳または内耳に伝達する改善された高周波数応答を有する方法およびシステムに関する。そのようなシステムは、正常なまたは障害のある聴覚に対して聴覚プロセスを向上させるために使用され得る。
本発明は、言語受信閾値を改善し、かつ高周波数空間定位キューを中耳または内耳に保存する改善された高周波数応答を有する聴覚システムおよび方法を提供する。
本発明の上記の局面および他の局面が、添付の図面と共に、次の詳細な記述からさらに完全に理解され得る。

Claims (11)
- 聴覚システムであって、
該聴覚システムは、
外部表面およびオープン内部チャンバを有するシェルであって、該外部表面は、外耳道の内壁表面に従うように構成される、シェルと、
該シェルの内側に配置される入力トランスデューサであって、該入力トランスデューサは、ユーザの外耳道に入る周囲の音を捕え、該捕えられた音を電気的信号に変換し、該周囲の音は、高周波数空間定位キューを含む、入力トランスデューサと、
該入力トランスデューサから該電気的信号を受信する送信器アセンブリであって、該送信器アセンブリは、6kHz〜20kHzの範囲の周波数応答帯域幅を有する信号プロセッサを含み、該送信器アセンブリは、該ユーザの中耳または内耳内あるいは該ユーザの中耳または内耳上に配置された出力トランスデューサに、フィルタリングされた信号を伝達するように構成され、該フィルタリングされた信号は、該入力トランスデューサによって受信された該周囲の音を表す、送信器アセンブリと
を備え、
該シェル内の開口部は、周囲の音が、該オープンチャンバを通過し、該入力トランスデューサをバイパスして、該ユーザの中耳に直接到達することを可能にし、
該シェルの該オープンチャンバは、該送信器アセンブリの少なくとも一部分を収納し、
該シェルは、該外耳道の入口に隣接して配置されるように構成された第1の端と、鼓膜の近くに配置されるように構成された第2の端とを備え、
該第2の端は、該外耳道の入口の外側から該周囲の音が該ユーザの中耳または内耳に直接到達することを可能にする該開口部のうちの1つ以上を備える、聴覚システム。 - 前記周波数応答帯域幅は、7kHz〜13kHzの範囲の高周波数定位キューを前記ユーザの中耳に伝達することを可能にする、請求項1に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記送信器アセンブリは、光学送信器を備える、請求項1または2に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記送信器アセンブリは、音響送信器を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記送信器アセンブリは、流体圧送信器を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記送信器アセンブリは、前記信号プロセッサから信号を受信する電磁気送信器と送信素子とを備え、該電磁気送信器は、該送信素子を介して前記フィルタリングされた信号を前記出力トランスデューサに伝達する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサ、前記電磁気送信器および前記送信素子は、前記ユーザの前記外耳道内に配置される、請求項6に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサは、前記ユーザの耳介の背後に位置し、前記電磁気送信器および前記送信素子は、該ユーザの前記外耳道内に配置される、請求項6に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記出力トランスデューサは、前記中耳の音響部材に結合され、該トランスデューサは、前記送信素子から前記フィルタリングされた信号を受信するように構成され、該フィルタリングされた信号は、変調された電磁場の形態であり、該トランスデューサは、前記ユーザの鼓膜に結合され、該トランスデューサは、該鼓膜の表面に着脱可能に接触するように構成される円錐形状のフィルムに埋め込まれる、請求項6に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記出力トランスデューサは、永久磁石を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の聴覚システム。
- 前記入力トランスデューサは、前記シェルの前記第1の端に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の聴覚システム。
