実施例1
化合物(A)
最初に、0.635gの4,8−ビス(ジシアノメチレン)−4,8−ジヒドロベンゾ[1,2−b:4,5−b’]ジチチオフェン−4,8−ジオン、3.8gのマロノニトリル(malononitrile)、および10mlのピリジンを瓶に入れ、200mlのクロロホルムに溶かした。瓶に0.8mlのTiCl4を加えてから、その混合物を加熱し、攪拌しながら5時間還流した。冷却後、得られた混合物に対し抽出を行い、つまり、ろ過、抽出、濃縮および乾燥を行って、融点332℃の赤色有機化合物(A)を得た。
比較例1
厚さ100nmのインジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)フィルムを備えたガラス基板を準備し、超音波攪拌により清浄剤、アセトンおよびイソプロパノールで洗浄した。窒素を吹き付けて乾燥した後、そのITOフィルムをUV/オゾン処理した。次に、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、電子注入層およびアルミニウム電極を10−5PaでITOフィルム上に順次形成し、封止後、有機エレクトロルミネセントダイオード(1)を得た。明確とするために、この例により形成された材料および層について以下に説明する。

Claims (5)
- 正孔注入層を有する有機エレクトロルミネセントダイオードを含む画像表示システムであって、前記正孔注入層が、下記の化学式を有する化合物を含む、システム。
ここで、式中のXは独立していると共にO、N−R 3 またはSであり、かつ、R 3 は水素またはハロゲン原子である。
- 前記化合物が前記正孔注入層のp−ドーパントとなる請求項1記載のシステム。
- ディスプレイパネルをさらに含み、前記有機エレクトロルミネセントダイオードが、前記ディスプレイパネルの一部を構成する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 電子デバイスをさらに含み、前記電子デバイスが
前記ディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルに接続されると共に、前記ディスプレイパネルへ入力を供給して前記ディスプレイパネルに画像を表示させるように動作する入力装置と、を含む請求項3記載のシステム。 - 前記電子デバイスが携帯電話、デジタルカメラ、PDA(携帯情報端末)、ノートブックコンピュータ、デスクトップコンピュータ、テレビジョン、自動車用ディスプレイ(car display)またはポータブルDVDプレイヤーである請求項4記載のシステム。
